Wendy's — Restaurant in Cincinnati

THIS IS THE WORST WENDY'S EVER. I would give this negative stars if I could! I could write a book about the problems here, but I will only scratch the surface. General filth: This place is dirty everywhere. The single bathroom(see entry #4) is a disgusting place. Obviously it doesn't get cleaned. Locked front door: When I arrived here, the front door was locked even though the restaurant was open. Are they trying to keep customers out?!? Dilapidated signage: In addition to being filthy, this place is literally falling apart! One sign reads: All of Wendy's sPins (yes, the p is capitalized) on one word: FRES Locked bathrooms: The bathrooms are locked. The employees wouldn't let anyone use them, except their own family members. One other person was also admitted to use the restroom, and they found it absolutely repulsive. After that, all others were denied entry once more. Lazy and disrespectful employees: There were seven employees, all in the kitchen. Most of the time nobody was taking orders, which resulted in unreasonable wait times. So much for fast food! The employees yelled at people for not wearing masks, even though they were not wearing masks. Some did not have masks, and were forced to refrain from ordering at all. One person tied up napkins to make a mask! The employees purposely withheld food from a customer and then accused the customer of cussing them out when no such thing happened. The employees seem somewhat racist towards white people, and some of them just sit around in the kitchen with a hood on listening to the rap music playing in the kitchen.

I could write even more (the floors are wet, the food is cold, etc.) but I think you get the picture.

CONCLUSION: This restaurant is dilapidated, perfidious, hypocritical,discriminative, and an embarrassment to Wendy's in general....

The ONLY reason I’m marking this five stars is because I want people to see it. Not only is the Jamaican lady at this location a literal walking negative attitude embodied as a person - but I have reason to believe she’s a walking hazard. I think she spit in my food. The Jamaican lady that works at night is always freaking rude. She is literally the worst person to even have at the window. Her attitude nasty, appearance doesn’t ever seem very cleanly and she ALWAYS forgets my food. Like tonight, I decided to give them another chance and at the window when I was about to ask if I could pay for extra sauces, she cuts me off mid sentence and says” we don’t take orders at the window” uh yeah lady I know that I used to work here, I was going to ask for extra sauces. She didn’t say anything just slammed the window in my face opened it gave me my bag and yes, you guessed it. She didn’t put my sauces AND forget a whole part of my order. Even the light skin male with locs knew she was out of order with the way she spoke to me because he gave her a funny look himself - he’s like “why so rude?”. To top everything off, I don’t wanna jump the gun but I swear I feel like she did something nasty to my food. There was a moist liquid with no color and bubbles right in the middle of the sandwich she didn’t forget to put in my bag. It was see thru, like spit. I really feel like my stuff was spit in or they did something to it. This was my last night spending money here. She need to take that attitude back to where she came from and not work in customer service...

Worst area to stop! We are from out of town and made our orders in the app and stopped in to pick up our lunch for dine in. The front door was locked so we had to go in the side door in the rain. They started yelling when we came in but we didn’t realize they were yelling at us til we got up to the counter and there were two employees pulling down their masks to yell at us about us not having masks on. We wanted to wash our hands in the restroom and the same lady rudely told us that it would be a while before they could unlock the restroom. So we went across the street to a nasty gas station restroom. There was a table of kids seated up close to the ordering and pick up, on their computers. And before we left, they opened the bathrooms for them. They must be related to an employee. They locked the bathrooms after them and told everyone else they were locked after that. They yelled at my sister in law when she asked about her food after standing there for 20 minutes. They told her she never checked in even though she did right before I did. Then when the manager came out they accused us of yelling and cussing at her and not wearing our masks even though none of that was true. The manager listened and hopefully will fire these rude employees. Couldn’t help notice that they never said anything to he people that weren’t wearing their masks that were of the same skin color as them. Sad that they are so...
