This place is terrible and their attitude and service sucks. Worst Dunkin Donuts ever they should be shut down. They’re a disgrace. My kid and neighbors kid also went in there and went to buy something and sit down they harassed him to the point of throwing him out and he has a disability they were yelling at him to get out and that he’s not allowed in there. Even though he bought something. Told him if he wants to sit and eat to go to Bagelati next door. If I ever saw you touch my kid and threaten to call the police and he’s a quiet kid just like the kid your staff member attacked and threatened to call the police, if I was there I would have you call the police so I can press child abuse charges on you for attacking a kid with a disability on top of everything you did and said to my kid and his friend. I had an absolutely horrific experience at this location of dunkin donuts this fathers day. I am so disgusted by the way the i was treated. My father and i drove to dunkin as it is our favorite coffee store, however we were incredibly disappointed. I got my go to drink, a caramel iced coffee. I have been buying this drink for years at this location but after what they served to me this time, i will no longer be getting my coffee from here. It tasted so awful i can not believe how dunkin as a company could let that be served. It is truly embarrassing and I hope they fix their issue or else they will be losing even more customers. On another note, my father didn’t even receive the sandwich he ordered, but he still got charged! You will be better off going to the dunkin on the south side of rte 130. I live close to this dunkin and drive out of my way to go to the store on cinnaminson ave. They are friendlier and do not steal your change for their tip jar. I have no problem tipping for good and friendly service but this store expects it. On several occasions they will put your change right in their tip cup. If you go in the afternoon their is only 1 person working and service sucks! It is well worth it to go...
