Heading north on Rt 130 in Cinnaminson NJ you could blink and miss this this place. But if you did you would also miss something special. The crew here can deliver an exceptional omakase culinary experience. Last night they overdid themselves. The menu? Lobster salad with avocado and mango on spring greens. Then tuna poke topped with avocado. A sake oyster shooter as a palette cleanser then fresh raw lobster (a first for me), dipped in soy sauce. Amazing! Followed by live scallop served with the surrounding muscle from the shell, extremely hard to get here in the US. Then horse mackerel served as nigiri and sashimi. Extraordinary. The sushi boat with specially prepared calamari, sweet shrimp (raw) with the fried heads (very rare), hotate nigiri (scallop) and aburi style hamachi and salmon for the win. This team has the ability to deliver a rare and special omakase experience with a little planning. Ask and you shall recieve. Don’t miss it. Don’t blink. Find this place. You will...
Read moreI've been going here for years and they are the most consistently fresh and tasty sushi spot in the area. This is the first out of hundreds of sushi restaurants that was served a FRESH and tasty spicy salmon. I usually hate and give away any spicy roll because they taste fish and like mayo. It is amazing here! We always get the sushi love boat for two. They give far more fish than most places we just order extra rice for the sashimi. Only downside is most sushi restaurants I typically eat at give two soups and two salad with the entree- tokyo bleu only offers soup OR salad. Their house dressing is one of the best in the Burlington area besides Mayabi on 38. They have well wrapped rolls unlike a lot of the sushi spots in the area who's rolls just fall apart. Everything is prepared with care and precision. They also delivery which is awesome just...
Read moreExcellent food. BYOB. Price is on same level as most other sushi places I have dined at. Aprox $7 per basic roll. the specialty rolls were around $12-13. For appetizers we ordered edamame, pork dumplings and steamed shrimp dumplings. I don't eat edamame a lot, but this was some of the best I have eaten. Pork dumplings were solid. Shrimp dumpllings were so-so. A little mushy and bland. For entree my buddy and I split a plate(pictured) with 5 rolls, salmon caviar cup and white tuna sashimi. Rolls: Black Jack Hot Girls Las Vegas Spicey Tuna Eel Roll All were very good the two best were the Las Vegas roll and the black jack roll. I am personally not a fan of eel or the caviar bowls but my buddy who brought us there thought they were good. The white tuna was good.
The total for the 4 of us (the girls had a couple rolls each) was 110...
