Terrible experience tonight and will cancel membership from this. Been a member over 30 years and never had an experience this bad. Went to a checkout and the checkout woman wouldn’t speak to use at all just would point. I was there with my mother with a broken hip and I have a healing broken shoulder. She wouldn’t help unload any of our cart. After scanning our items she wouldn’t put any items in our cart either. As soon as we paid she started scanning another customer items and putting them all in her cart and then did another customer while we were putting g our order in our cart. She was very pleasant and helpful and talkative to the other two customers that were her race. This was racist and disgusting behavior. I want as many people as possible to to k ow that Sam’s allows this behavior and I have video and pics of it as well. It was a porky blk female with goofy looking lashes that were ridiculously long and a nasty attitude. The pictures are of her going to the next two customers while I was putting my paid items in the cart. I ask have a broken shoulder and shouldn’t be lifting much and she said it wasn’t her problem. Sam’s is really going down hill it’s upsetting. Hopefully they can fix this and turn things around. Read moreReview of Tire Center - Sams Club is not serious about tire service. Tire center has a practice of not answering the phone. Customer Service proves useless when dealing with Tire Center. After 3 weeks of holding onto my tires, I had to drive over 30 minutes to schedule install and go back a week later for tire installation because they don't answer the phone and Customer Service doesn't know how to handle tire calls. Six weeks later, I get a screw at the edge of tread and sidewall requiring replacement. Someone actually answers the phone this time and I request to have tire replaced under warranty. First I'm told they want to see the car. I responded, give me the email address I should send the pic to. Mechanic comes on and processes replacement order. I get Order # 3941220623845472 confirmation in my email. TEN days later and still no tire. My online account has no record of this order. Tire department not answering phone again. Just purchased replacement tire from TireRack and having local mechanic do the install. My membership is up for renewal in a week. Needless to say, not renewing. I was in the area and figured i would get this done before we went out to a late berakfast. came in around 11:15 am. paid for 2 tires and was told about a hour. figured i would do a lil shopping it is now 1:34 and i am still sitting in the tire dept waiting for my car. apparently there was a issue with one of my tires and they couldnt do anything without consulting the customer first. no one told me anything and i have been checking from time to time since i have been here. so u have a vehicle taking up space in the bay a customer in the store that dosent know what is happining to their car and this is just fine with the employees? my kids are grouchy cause they are hungry everyone is tired from walking around we are basically prisoners. there was plenty of other places i could have taken my car but i came here thinking it would be fast and affordable. i got a ok price on my tires but paid entirely too much im me and my familys time and patience. it is now 1:45 and i am just leaving. this is no way to conduct buisness. i will never come here for tire...
