I Normally don't have time to leave reviews but since I had to throw food out which cost me 29.73 I found the time today !!!! Let me just say I would drive past this place and would not think twice to try it just because food is not the best around here and besides I cook daily.... but they sent out new menu's so I figured I try it out. I dined in twice and ordered in once. The food was good customer service was just ok considering it should had been better since she only had two tables to serve. Which brings me to today I ordered a 20 piece wings 10 Honey BBQ 10 Sweet Chilli with blue cheese and frys. This order was for pick up,I get home and I have 20 dry fried wings with one cup of Honey and one cup of Chilli sauce for 20 wings and no blue cheese. Not to mention the sauce was suppose to be on the wings.I did not request on the side even the receipt is clear in direction 10 honey 10 chilli. So since I am a returning customer,I decided to call and found out what the mix up was. As I explained the problem I was told they always put the sauce on the side unless asked other wise, as if this was my first time there I knew this was not the case and they were just trying to make up for the negligence of not completing the order correctly.I then ask so what happen to the blue Cheese I was told I should come back and pick it up. At that point the conversation was over you have no current orders from the looks of it yet the little orders you do have you mess that up and don't feel the need to apologize.....to top it off I sit down and try to enjoy my dry wings and I soon as I took the first bite It taste like a mouth full of salt so much so I had to throw my food away. Now this review is Not just about today remember I said I dine in twice and ordered in once for me and my Family which means I spent about 180.00 dollars with Patz Pizza in total, and after today I will not spend another dime a customer should be a returning customer but at this rate Patz won't last. This place has really good food and I plan on coming back very soon. The pizza had a nice crust and the blend of cheeses they used was definitely above your average pizza place. My ONLY complaint about this visit was that the toppings were a little light as I am someone who likes a pizza loaded. If you are too, let them know not to hold back on those toppings when you go. The fries were thick (not steak cut) and lightly seasoned which gave them a similar taste to Checker's fries. Despite the thickness of the fries, they tasted as if they were home baked and not drenched in oil as most pizza/ fast food places tend to do nowadays. The mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and cheese steak eggrolls were all similarly delicious. They weren't doused in oil which helped the real flavor of these items come out. Lastly, the prime burger. The bacon was thick and juicy and cooked excellently. I added avocadoes and my, oh my. They were the freshest, greenest slices of avocado I have ever seen in my life. My stomach was very pleased by the lack of grease I'm normally expecting when I eat out nowadays. The food was light, but still was able to leave our table very pleased and satiated. Service is quick and food good. Wally salad: I usually get the wally salad. The first time I ordered this I realized it came without chicken. However it doesn't need it because it is packed with avocado, walnuts, gorgonzola, and fruits (cranberry, grapes, apple slices). Price 12.99 Select salmon bowl: is incredible. Be sure to tell the cook how you want your salmon cooked (rare v. Well done) because it tends to end up very well done. It's a decent nice piece of protein. It is topped with a drizzle.of horseradish basil dressing so good I am going to try and replicate this at home. Of protein but it also comes with a sliced egg.. the 3 bean salad is very good without any blown out beans and it isn't over dressed.. The cilantro lime rice is cooked on point and not soggy. Price 18.99 Spare yourself the calories and expense of the dessert cups.. I have ordered the dessert cups in the past and they are not worth it. They range in price between 6.99 and 7.99 and it is a small cup with cake and pudding and whipped topping. Staff is attentive. They are also BYOB.
