Disappointed with Inconsistent Portions – Not Going Back
I’ve been a regular customer at this Primo Hoagies location and usually enjoyed their sandwiches. However, my last two visits were really disappointing. The amount of meat in my sandwich was significantly less than what I normally receive — I even have photo evidence from past and recent orders to prove it.
When I called the store to give them a chance to address the issue, the manager insisted nothing was wrong. It’s frustrating when loyal customers are dismissed instead of being heard. If you’re thinking about trying this place, just be aware that quality and portion sizes here can be inconsistent.

The first time he gave me my food he damn near dropped it and then had an attitude because I didn't tip him. Why would I tip you when he gave me an attitude. The second time he delivered my food he says "thanks for tipping me just like last time" with an attitude. No one is entitled to a tip. If you want a tip you provide good service. If you give subpar service or service with an attitude I would never give you a tip because you don't deserve it. He needs to be talked to because that's not how you deal...
Read moreUnfortunately my experience was awful! The order was incorrect and when I called the store to let them know the manager was EXTREMELY augmentative and was yelling over top of me speaking! I had a room full of people who could hear Vincent yelling and laughing as he told me repeatedly what he thought I ordered! I have never been treated so badly as a paying customer. I can assure you that the people in my home were shocked and appalled at the way he was yelling at me. He also forgot to include sides of crushed pepper spread. I hope you can provide additional training to your manager and perhaps help him better serve...
