Rude staff, treat people like garbage. I have seen them be rude and judgemental to customers depending on how they view them (race). Make up prices/mold in the coolers-as soon as you open the coolers you can smell it! Rude to my children when shopping, repeatedly telling them to hurry up and pick something to buy. There was an issue with a purchase I was making on behalf of someone else and there was an issue with their card and the woman was SO RUDE. Huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes. First I apologized for the inconvenience, then I explained to her that things happen, and there is no reason she needed to be so rude and aggressive. She had 3 customers waiting instead of voiding my sale until I resolved the issue with the payment. She yelled in her language to her coworker and kept complaining. I told her to void the sale & forget it, I will never shop there again because of her attitude towards customers. She complained and kept saying "what am I going to tell my boss?" Void the sale Hun, I don't care what you tell the boss, maybe tell him you treat people like trash and it's ruining...

Besides having everything you would expect from a smoke shop like specialty items etc. There is also a very good coffee/cappuccino station, several different flavors of Boost slushy, snack food, lottery with huge counter scratch off section and two machines with a ticket checker just inside the door. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and can handle a crowd so there's never a line. The smoke shop is connected to a deli that makes fresh food while you wait or delivery. An all around...

I often visit there to play my lottery the people are friendly and line moves fairly quick. They also have a great deli for food steaks and hoagies made fresh the lady there i call mom because she takes care of everybody and her son is a great cook check them out you will be satisfied...
