Taco Bell — Restaurant in Circleville

Just when I noticed this Taco Bell was doing better ! I ordered 2 meals with drinks for my son & I about a week ago online .When I got to Taco Bell the parking lot had 2 cars in it & no one was in the drive thru. I told the girl my name & she said pull around . When I got to the window she started with handing me my drinks & I noticed that they both had ice in them but I only had 1 in my h and when I told her that my order for both sodas was no ice & she said to me with a dirty look & a eye roll , I guess I can remake them ! I tried to hand her back the one drink in my hand & she said she couldn't take it back because I touched the drink .And that's fine no problem but why the crap attitude !? I'm a customer who doesn't appreciate the attitude or the mistreatment at all .After she gets back to the wolindow with our drinks she then starts to hand me drinks that we're not even full & they were 2 different drinks ! 1 was a diet Pepsi & the other a cherry Pepsi. Then I asked her which was which & she didn't even know ( diabetics beware 🤔) Maybe stop hiring people who are bold enough to be crappy with the public ? I was polite to her the entire time & I guess she thought it was ok to be disrespectful. She is also the same worker who has food from other restaurants sent to Taco Bell for her lunch / dinner by Door Dash & now DD has to make her give the driver a pin because she lies & says she doesn't get her food ! Taco Bell do you really want a person who steals food...

Taco bell used to be my absolute favorite restaurant years ago but I became pregnant around two years ago anytime I would eat there I would immediately throw up everything. The quality has went down so much it's insane and since I've had my child I've gave them a few tries since then and it all tastes the same to me and the taco "meat" is terrible they usually mess up orders as well and Im pretty sure it's just the Circleville location that's like this because like I said it was my absolute favorite place but every chance I've had to eat there since I got sick being pregnant eating there it has been so disgusting and not fresh at all. It definitely makes me upset because I absolutely loved taco bell but now I just think of it and I'm immediately grossed out and don't have any desire to go back there unless it's for a freezie drink. :( Idk what happened to the quality maybe it's the workers and how they prepare differently or if they leave food sitting out instead of making everything fresh but I do miss having actual good taco bell for sure. I've also never liked the cinnamon twists but when I did love taco bell I would always get hard and soft tacos supreme without any tomatoes or rice and bean burritos. Idk what has changed but I definitely miss the old taco bell before they remodeled and everything the classic taco bell...

I would rate this store higher. But I have 1 issue. And its CONSISTENT EVERY time. Idk if its 1 employee working changing shifts or what. But 8/10 times when me and my fiancé order (night or day, doesn't matter), one or more items in our order are messed up, missing, or are incorrect. Sometimes the ingredients we want are wrong, sometimes our drinks are wrong, sometimes things are missing, and other times its an entirely wrong item.if u order here from doordash dont even bother. It'll be wrong nearly every time. If u go inside or do a drive thru order u have a 50/50 chance of it being messed up or wrong in one way or the other. The food is amazing, but whoever is making these orders needs to be retaliation how to read or to listen to what the orders are. And as a former taco bell employee myself, even during the busiest hours its not hard to make the order correctly. Lack of communication on the line is what causes incorrect items or orders. As a person with a food allergy too, I take a risk everytime I order from here on getting an allergic reaction bc there's always a chance that something they mess up or make incorrectly could contain my food allergen. Please for the love of god get it together. I love taco bell and its food, but Im always hesitant...
