I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order for pick up to be picked up at 1:45pm. I arrived at 1:45 and waited 5 minutes behind a woman who was obviously not happy and in the process of having her order refunded. When I approached the slender dark haired young man (boy) at the register, I was told my order was just going into the oven. I stated that I had placed my order over an hour ago and selected the 1:45 pick up time. He told me it would be 10 minutes. I was skeptical because I worked at RT when I was in college and pizza took longer than 10 minutes, but that was over 30 years ago so maybe they have faster ovens now? He explained to me that they were super busy and doing the best they could with little help. I looked around and this location was not even at 25% capacity, but I had no way of knowing how many orders may be being prepared for pick up or delivery. I was annoyed, but I said nothing more and took a seat to wait. Two orders would be placed on the counter for pick up before mine and another woman came in 10 minutes after me to pick up an order, that was just being cut/boxed....this had me wondering if she was super late picking her order up or if my order had just been missed and only started when I walked in to get it. 15 minutes pass since my arrival...20 minutes past the time the pizza was supposed to be ready. I am now late to my function. The pizza is finally ready, but the guy at the register is over at the bar area chatting it up with another customer. I asked the gal (later to be known to me as Bree) if the pizza had been double cut..she couldn't hear what I said, I repeated louder, she still couldn't hear me, but I could hear her. I assume it was because of the fans that run in the kitchen..it does make it difficult to hear. So I looked over at the guy who had been at the register and he is still chatting it up with the other customer, so I interrupted his convo politely and said my pizza is now ready, can you please get it for me? He walked over in a huff and said "we are really busy, you just need to be patient" and I was a bit shocked given I have now been there 25 minutes past the time my pizza was supposed to be ready...but I should have patience? are you kidding me?? I asked if the pizza was double cut and he took the pizza, slammed it down on the counter and angrily said "she told you it was!!" as he walked away in a huff. I started to leave and then went back and asked for his manager and was told it was Bree. She was the gal behind the counter in the kitchen who could not hear me. She did come out and respectfully listened to me when I reiterated that the proper response from her employee should have been "yes, I will get that for you right now and I am really sorry that it was not ready when it should have been". Instead, he gives me attitude and excuses "we are really busy" uhmmm yes, you are a business in the business to make money, being busy is a good thing...it keeps you employed. Talk to me about your attitude of being over worked when you work 15 hours in a row on a consistent basis. This is the first time I have been to this particular Round Table and I will not return. No one wants a disgruntled worker with attitude served with...
Read moreOn November 2nd I purchased 2 large pepperoni pizzas. My fiance found a small piece of what looked like plastic fishing line in a piece of pizza she was eating that evening. It was very bizarre but it seemed to be the only piece and we continued eating without any issues. Today, I am still eating some of the leftover Pizza and I noticed another piece of clear plastic string in a piece I was eating. At first I thought it was melted cheese, but as I pulled on it, it did not break and I was able to pull it out of the slice of pizza. At this point I was concerned. I was concerned that this was happening to many other customers, since I found 2 in my pizzas. A gentleman answered and I explained to him that I had purchased some pizzas on Monday and had just found my 2nd piece of what appeared to be fishing line in the pizza itself. Before I could say anything else, the associate on the phone asked me "you bought the pizza on Monday and you're just calling about it now?" I told him that was correct, and that I didn't feel the need to call when I found the first piece. He then said that I needed to bring the pizza "right now" so that they could "investigate". I started to tell him that I wouldn't be able to come right away as he was asking, but that I could bring it today. Before I could get even 3 words out, he interrupted me again. He said "yeah because we need the pizza here before we can issue credit or replace it". I said to him "actually, I wasn't asking for anything from you. I just thought you might want to know that this plastic was in...
Read moreWent in to pick up a pizza and salad for my disabled client and Trevon told me he can only have 2 tiny ramikens of dressing. I explained to him that my client is disabled confined to a wheelchair in his house. If he was able to come into the establishment and went to the salad bar to create his salad he would dump as much on there as he possibly wanted but since he's disabled and can't make it in he's being charged 80 cents an extra per tiny ramekin. Trevon then proceeded to tell me that he was being nice by giving me two and he could charge me for one if he wanted! LOL customer service???? It's a salad BAR!!! All the other round tables I go to for him once a month never limit the ranch, since it is a Salad Bar! If it wasn't for his disability he could dump as much on there as he wants since he's disabled he has to pay extra?? Not to mention I had to call to the back for about 5 minutes before somebody even came out to the front to take my order, store completely empty not one single customer... Salad bar needed refreshing, not a recommended location. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile or two up to antelope and sunrise where the customer service is always stellar! When you purchase a salad bar there they give you a big monkey dish to go without even having to beg! Then send you off with a smile!
I wanted to add to this as you can see below I got a reply to this review from management saying they would try to rectify the situation if I reached out to the email link below. Which I did and they never...
