Experience:
Pulled up from Costco area, however pulling in from main light near Applebee's was a problem, no place to pull in or u-turn. I was immediately forced to go all the way around to the left and then turn into the back road to get to this establishment.
Service: Excellent when I walked in. The young lady at the front was "Ok", but a little lackluster, needed to be a bit more, let's say excited. But overall, she did well. I placed my order and took a seat.
Once ready, the staff brought my sandwich and wow, nice! The bread was hot, the meat and all produce was extremely fresh. Everything was just right on the sandwich. I ordered turkey and salami, which is a great combo and it was as good as it gets.
Pro's: -Seating was great. Good amount of tables. Food amazing and not too much. Overall atmosphere, great. Music was not on, but it was warm and inviting while I was eating.
Con's: Maybe parking, parking was limited. Hopefully they will figure out something in the future to accommodate that.
Overall: This establishment was very well put together, quick turnaround on food, pleasant atmosphere and definitely hunger quenching. As soon as I mentioned the music not playing, the owner directed one of her employees to turn it on. I was impressed that the owner did that immediately and just for me.
In closing: In speaking with the owner, she was very receptive to my comments and took every one of my comments to heart. She seems to be an integral part of the business and prides herself in customer service and food quality.
I give this establishment a full 5 stars. My expectations were fully met.

Read moreJust picked up a couple sandwiches today and can honestly tell you this location has the WORST customer service--ever. I specifically ordered a tuna salad sandwich with NO mayo on the bread and they slathered it in mayo. When I asked it to be remade, the girl behind the counter started arguing with me that tuna salad has mayo in it. I said I knew this, but I didn't want any on my bread. She continued to argue so I said forget it, give it to me and they insisted on remaking it. I got home--it was FULL of mayo! I wasted $33 dollars on this!! The tuna salad was totally disgusting. There were at least 5 others waiting for their orders and in the middle of it all--the girl decided to take a break and walk outside and sit on a bench. I get it that's it's not someone's life dream to work at a sandwich place, but at least take a little pride in your work and listen to people. I wouldn't recommend this location for...

West Coast Sandwich Shop didn’t just feed me—they healed something deep within me. I walked in hungry and left in a committed relationship... with a sandwich.
This glorious beast was huge—like “do I need a permit to operate this?” huge. Beautifully stacked, perfectly balanced, and built with the kind of precision that makes IKEA instructions weep in shame.
The staff? Absolute legends. Friendly, fast, and somehow managed to make me feel like I was both their favorite customer and a long-lost cousin. They handed me that sandwich like they were presenting Excalibur.
10/10 would recommend. 11/10 if you're emotionally prepared to fall in love with carbs. 12/10 if you're bringing napkins and a dream.
Catch me outside... with my mouth full!
P.S....
