Came Here Like I Always Do.....I Ask For My Food In A Separate Bag From My Sauces Like I Always Do ...The Girl Gave Me 2 Bags One With Sauce, One With Food ..The Food Bag Was Heavier Than Usual...I Looked Inside Seen My Sauces Touching My Food.,Ask For My Food To Be Remade Because Now It's Been "Contaminated" ....Before I Gave The Bag To Who I Later Found Out Was The "General Manger" I Broke My Food In Half (Micky D's Has Traumatized Me) She Laughed Then Told Me To Pull Into A Parking Spot..As I Begin To Shift Gears To Drive I Heard The Same Woman Say "Haha She Broke Her Food Up As If I Was Going To Bring Her The Same FoodSomething Unaudiable " THEN Everyone LAUGHS!! Which Caused Me To Say "I Heard You Made A Joke About Me, You Thought I Was Gone, Why Are You Cracking Jokes??" She Said "Ma'am Park".. I Said "I Will But Why Was You Disrespecting Me Cracking Jokes About Me Behind My Back I'm A Customer" She Said "I Dont Have Time For This Im Refunding You" I Said "Refunding Me Because You Got Caught Talking Smack When You Thought I Pulled Off" SHE & OTHER WORKERS KEPT LAUGHING (Particularly One Female Worker With Braces Wearing All Black Kept Smiling Laughing At Me Too, Super CRINGE)...Mind You I'm Here DAILY, Same Order DAILY...I Drive MILES To This Location, My Favorite Location......As I Waited For A FORCED REFUND, I Googled Corporate..While STILL Waiting On My FORCED REFUND I Asked "I Need The General Manager Because This Is Crazy You're Mad I Caught You Talking Smack About Me When You Assumed I Pulled & Now You're Trying To Ban Me From The Store Because You're Low Key Embarrassed You've Been Caught & Didn't Think I Heard You" She CONTINUED to Smile, LAUGHING SAYING " I Am The GM"...I Was Shocked ..I Took My Receipt Pulled Into A Gas Station & Reported It To The Chick Fil A Corporate Office ..That Was Tuesday 8/20/2024 12:40pm Refund Issued 12:45 pm Its All On Camera...It's 8/22/2024 No Response Call As Of Yet Been A Rewards Member SINCE 2018....All I Wanted Was My Food ..I Was Greeted With Disrespect For No Reason.....Shame On You Lady, You Need Customer Service...
Read moreI usually don't review fast food establishments but my current experience here was an eye opening experience....an example of how business go beyond the call of duty to help their customer.
We ordered Doordash, Long story short... the order was screwed up never delivered to our home not sure if the driver just kept the food or dropped it off at the wrong home. I was definitely billed for the order and yet could not get a hold of the driver. Doordash does not take calls from customers during the pandemic , only from merchants. No way to be reached !
I then reached out to Chick-fil-A mainly to see if they can help me reach out to Doordash as a merchant. I understand this was not their problem since we used a third party service. Immediately , the lady who answered the phone offered to replace the meal for me at no charge if I come pick it up curbside. She gave me her personal cell phone number to text my order , she was the perfect example of what customer service should be so I asked for her name to put a good Word into the manager. She stated they were the owners of this establishment. Jodi said no need to come to the restaurant , her husband will drop off the order to our front door. To our surprise he arrived 15 minutes later with a free bag of cookies as well . My son was being a hangry home schooled pre-tween and I saw the first genuine smile in awhile .
I didn't expect them going above and beyond for with a small lunch order , But it shows that they truly value their customers. Please support your local businesses even if it's a franchise during this time. Way to go Jason and Jodi ! You all are amazing and we will continue to support your business.
P.S. for future reference I would favor Postmates or UberEats over Doordash as this is the third time they have messed up our...

I fell in love with Chick-fil-A and no it wasn't the chicken, though I can imagine it is top of the line good, with how it's handled and prepared at Chick-fil-A. I'm a vegetarian and both the cows and chickens love me for that.
It began with the Arnold Palmer (the Uptown Chick-fil-A style)! About a week ago I was introduced to the tea/lemonade combo. That with the waffle fries make me visit more often than I would ever think of any fast food joint.
Here's the kicker: Chick-fil-A's Customer Service is outstanding...😍 from th greeting, to the serving, to the bidding a good day, par excellent. Customer Service is #1 for me in ANY business, whether I frequent the business or not. I happen to be a Customer Service Specialist (Trainer). I know.
Secondly, this particular location has gone above and beyond to SERVE their customers... Let's start with a two-line drive thru, to give quicker service. They didn't stop there. It's HOT in Florida (Tampa) and they went above and beyond to put up a tent for customers to drive-thru under (shaded from the sun)... that is BIG! Then to top it off a conveyor belt as you drive around for the second line to receive their meal without a long wait. I was not surprised with how customer traffic flowed through nonstop.
I thanked the young man who took my order and told him they should train other fast food businesses. I also stated, "I'm sure they treat their people well (VALUE)." He concurred. I believe this to be true. They also CLOSE on Sundays. 🙌🏾
Kudos Chick-fil-A on your GREAT Customer Service (internal and external). 👍🏾
