Added (9/11/25)- I appreciate your response, I understand that your no food and drink policy is listed in many places. Allergens present onsite are NOT listed, so I brought a cooler of food with me. I have yet to experience an establishment that would not allow me to provide safe food for my kids when they were unable to (even with no food policies given food allergies is a medical condition). She would not allow my cooler to stay behind the desk to retrieve when we were leaving. I think a phone call would have resulted in the same problem I occurred in person. Differing information depending on who I spoke with, but on the phone versus in person. Having mixed information about what allergies are present in foods cooked on site makes it difficult to decide who is telling the truth, and who takes this seriously. I feel you are using food allergies as an excuse versus a true concern, due to not having the correct or consistent information verbal or written anywhere. Thats a huge red flag! I am glad you have not had anyone have a reaction, but the allergens and/or labels need to be somewhere where someone can see them. I am always happy to be able to see and read labels. Other establishments have brought me the labels to read as well in person. Given changes in factory production of foods, without notification, reading labels in person can be best as these labels can change. Everything needs to be included, the cheese, the sauce, the dough, the toppings, etc. You may not have nut allergens present on site (there is a top 9 for labeling laws), but it does not mean that some items might have been produced in a facility where they are present. Having a book at the front desk with allergen labels allows consistent information to be provided by any staff member. This is vital for the TRUE safety of Food Allergy patrons, kids or adults. A blanket no outside food policy does not prevent the potential tragedy of your establishment providing the wrong information to a patron. Providing safe "Outside" food for my children would have NOT been a higher risk to other food allergy children. Having my children eat the food provided, or any other food allergy patron, is a higher risk given the current practices.
FOOD ALLERGY WARNING BELOW! I visited for a Birthday Party. The arcade area was spaced out so the kids were not on top of each other and that was a plus. The nerf area was ok, the guns jammed at times but the kids overall seemed to have fun. You are forced to buy water, food, etc from their food and beverage area. Two bottled drinks was $6.81. FOOD ALLERGY PEOPLE BEWARE!! I had two people with me who have severe food allergies (carry epinephrine) and I was not allowed to provide them or even bring in my cooler of safe food. The woman at the desk, who was quite rude and dismissive of this medical condition, clearly did not care AT ALL, and gave me incorrect information. She stated that there were not any Peanuts or Tree nuts included with any of their menu items (I think this is true). I asked about cross-contamination from the items that are cooked on site. She stated all was fine. I didn't have confidence that she understood cross-contamination and thus I asked someone else who was working. They stated that the packaging for the pepperoni DOES INCLUDE a statement stating that it is made/processed in a facility with peanuts, tree nuts, etc. That "no one has had a reaction so far" but that the pepperoni does have an allergy statement. There is no allergy information ANYWHERE on the premises or the website. If you have food allergies I would make other arrangements for food, but know you CANNOT bring in food for your child/yourself to ensure their...
Read more(STAY AWAY, BEWARE)‼️ This woman who goes by the name of Lynn is apparently the owner and operator of this facility. (Please note I have the right to take her picture & display it on the reviews for she does not have any signs informing customers they ARE NOT ALLOW to record. She Hass to be one of the worst managers I have ever met in my life‼️ She displayed no compassion for her customers.
We reserved a party for my son‘s birthday. We were continuously rushed the kids had no time to eat the pizza one of the pizzas were burnt. She told us we have to leave the room immediately & go to the laser tag section & all our belongings would be placed at a open access table in the middle of the play area! Keep in mind we just got our pizza & the kids were trying to eat! Instead of attempting to create some type of alternative or improvise by allowing us to attend laser tag at the next session (keep in mind their were no more parties reserved after ours) we were forced into the Laser tag room! We informed her that we didn’t not want to leave out purses, wallets & cell phone in the open area where they wanted us to transition to & wanted to quickly place them in my vehicle. I proceeded to tell her that my mom is elder & I needed to escort to her vehicle & would be right back in, that the kids could proceed & I would join in a matter of less than 10 minutes. She rudely said no & informed me the (mother of birthday child & paying customer) that she would lock the laser tag door & whoever wasn’t in the room was just out of luck‼️I expressed to her how disappointed I was, as another family who was experiencing the same thing voiced their concerns as well. Yet she proceeded to inform us that it was not my her problem ‼️So all of the kids in my party we taken out of laser tag room (keep in mind NO1 else was in there, so the need to rush was just unnecessary)‼️“Lynn told told us to leave‼️“ I had 10 kids & 5 adults in our party & every single one could not believe how she failed to realize the hurt & disappointment she caused the kids‼️ Especially on his birthday‼️ Her whole demeanor was so unprofessional & the service she provided was completely unacceptable‼️ She has no remorse & truly does not try to rectify any type of complications or situations “appropriately” & she definitely lacks patience, customer service, management skill & passion or desire to satisfy her customers‼️She DOES NOT CARE‼️ Your kids experience and satisfaction is not her priority‼️ She refused to provide me with a written statement stating that we did not attend laser tag and that she would not apply any additional charges besides a deposit on card my . I definitely would not recommend this place for a...
Read moreUpdated July 2024: I decided to give this place another shot since I was in the area. I honestly wish I hadn't though it's not as bad as I remember. As someone who goes to 2-3 different arcades a month (if not more) I'm always willing to give a second chance to one, especially if it's been well over a year. Pricing on the card is still the same, which is a good thing honestly. I also felt that the credits lasted me a decent bit. I'll also say that the staff were phenomenal. I had multiple issues throughout and they fixed them, for the most part, and didn't seem to mind. There aren't a huge amount of games here, though it's enough to have some fun. The issue is that quite a few were either not working at all or were glitching out, either eating credits or not paying proper ticket amounts. Had I not checked my history on the kiosk I would even have realized because the card reader seemed to be giving tickets fine. My main complaint is still the pricing for prizes. Ticket to prize ratio is just not good. Things are too expensive and it's cheaper items that definitely don't need to cost as many tickets as they do. I went ahead and wiped out my card fully this time so there's no need to come back. I'm sure the other stuff is fun, but the arcade just wasn't for me.
Traveling through the area and figured we'd try out a new arcade. This review is solely based on the arcade itself and the redemption area. The arcade was a bit meh. Pictures online make it seem a lot larger but it was just long and skinny. This made it feel very cramped as all the games felt right on top of each other. They also have only 1 of every game, except for one or two. Because of this it felt even busier and more crowded. Whack and win game was rigged and I don't say that lightly. Point of the game is to use skill to find the sweet spot. This place had it set up like a test of strength. No child would be able to win and even a grown man using full strength would find it tough. Crossy road had a slight lag at times meaning you'd die because your press wasn't registered until well after. Overall just not impressed when comparing to other arcades. Price was about as expected, but a $30 card will set you back around $33 because they charge a card fee (normal) and tax (not normal for arcades as most include it). The redemption area was a joke. Prize selection was mediocre and what was there was way too many tickets for what it was worth. I'm assuming their big pull here is lazer tag, but as for the arcade it...
