Well, well, I was hoping that Vanessa would be able to fix my order due to a mistake at the Wesley Chapel location. But I was once again disappointed with her misspelling my name after I spelled it out for her. Getting my order wrong, again. And with how busy life gets, I didnāt realize my order was wrong until I had already left.
But I am pleased to say that Bella A, Turned my view around. I explained to her my frustration with my previous orders. And she made it her mission to make sure that it was done right this time. She was extremely kind and understanding and willing to make it right.
Not hating on Vanessa, but, maybe she was a little distracted that day? I did spell out my name for her, twice, and also explained how I wanted a correct order and was deliberately handed once again the wrong order.

I placed a mobile order and got in the correct lane, but it felt like they were prioritizing the other line where people were ordering in person. Our lane was barely moving. As I moved up the line I noticed they were delivering food to cars, just not in any clear order. I watched five cars leave after the first car in line got their food. When I got my order, I also ended up stuck in the drive-thru because two cars in front of me still hadnāt gotten their orders. Not sure if the issue is people not scanning the QR code when they pull into the mobile order lane or if something else is going on, but it was frustrating. When I received the 2 bags, it contained my grandkids order, but nothing I had ordered. I went back to the counter and explained that I was missing 2 sandwiches and fries and noticed that he didnāt even have it on the original order. He charged me (which I felt I shouldnāt have been charged) and came back with a tray with the sandwich and fries. I went back to the table and noticed I was still missing a sandwich.
