I went to the Esmeralda’s in Carrollwood and had the best experience. The workers were all so helpful and enthusiastic. The people working truly made my experience 10x better. I believe it was the manager, she was so sweet and was so helpful in finding a dress that was perfect for me. Along with her there was the worker that came up to me right when i walked in and she took my opinions and helped me so much. We had an appointment to try on dresses for my daughter’s Sweet 16 this past Saturday and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Gabby worked with us to find the perfect dress! She was so patient, kind, sweet and fun!
