Don't order delivery from this location, the delivery driver forged a tip to my delivery. Their doing fraud, I guess they don't think people pay attention to their transactions, once my credit card finish pulling the receipt I'm going to the police department. He's not getting away with that. A young kid, look around 18, about 5'5, white (tan that doesn't look natural, neck length thick brown hair. I stopped going to pizza hut when I first ate their food, but I will never return again NEVER!! LISTEN PEOPLE LISTEN CAREFULLY!!!! One of Marco's driver's fraudulent entered a tip on my delivery, I thought it was funny when he brought my pizza & didn't ask me to sign like he did the previous days ago.. So the manager reached out to me from my last Google review & asked me to contact him. Sooooooo the manager was 100% on the thief side, saying it had to be a mistake, nobody ever said anything about him, he's a good kid. How is it a mistake to click a tip & signs someone's name??? Make sure you all PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to your transactions, the manager had a extremely nasty attitude & sided with the driver, my credit card company pulled the entire transaction & seen what was done. These people are a fraud, good pizza BUT A FRAUD! Beware, use cash instead if your able. I assume they don't make much money in this type of business, but that's still no reason to steal from someone, being a business owner, I pay close attention to numbers, THAT'S WHAT I GET PAID TO do. But if you take up from someone that commits a crime, your just as much a criminal as them. Pay attention to all your credit card transactions everyone.. Make sure you sign your own signature & the tip area. Don't let the driver leave without you making sure it's entered & submitted, don't just sign & give them back their phone, because they can not hit the submit button & change the transaction themselves. Read moreI usually like ordering from Marco's but this past incident totally grossed me out. on Saturday, I ordered and paid online for pick up at the Citrus Park location. I walked in the cashier greeted me and I replied. she confirm if I had an online order and I said yes. As she proceeded to walk closer to the register to pull up my order, I noticed she was wearing her mask below her chin. That did not bother me. What bother me was; she then coughed into her hands and was going to handle my food. So she coughed and then immediately sniffed. I quickly spike and said " I need you to sanitize your hand before you handle my food. You just coughed in your hands. She replied no problem. So I watched her just to make sure she did just that and she did. Then she grabbed my order and then pulled the salad from the fridge. Read moreI am pretty disappointed with this location and their customer service. I've eaten here twice in the past month or so and had the exact same experience both times (not a good thing).
We placed a curbside pickup order online and when it was approximately ready drove to the store. When I arrived I called the phone to let them know I am here to pick the pizza up. Before I can even say hi the person answering the phone asks if I mind being placed on hold briefly. That's no problem at all. The issue is when I sit on hold for nearly 10 minutes with no one picking up the phone.
After the nearly 10 minute wait I just get fed up, go inside, and grab my food myself. Both times I mentioned being on hold for an extend time and both times the people behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about. Why even offer curbside delivery if you are going to place people on hold "forever" and force them to come in to pick up their food.
