8/22/22- I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for their lack of service. I don't understand why an app exists for curbside if it's not honored. I placed an order at 3:18 for pick up at 3:20. My order was finally brought to me at 3:44pm, but it was missing a cookie. Apparently they had to make a new batch of the strawberry shortcake cookie, so I chose to wait given they said it would take about 5mins. But then I see people leaving the store with the same cookie I was waiting on. So I called at 4:07pm and that's when my complete order was brought to me. I'm disappointed I wasn't given a promo code, discount on my order or an extra cookie for waiting 47mins to finally have my order. I had my 4 year old with me waiting in my car on a hot Florida summer day. Next time you make a customer wait more than 20mins, please do the right thing and either comp the order, give a freebie or a discount code for a future order. This left such a horrible taste in my mouth, because gas isn't cheap either and having my car run that long isn't a good thing. Not to mention, once I opened the boxes I noticed the red velvet cookie was missing the vanilla cream cheese (see image). Truly disappointing.

8/23/22- Update: I went by the store today and Barbara was phenomenal! She understood everything that happened, was very apologetic and went out of her way to make it right. Not only did she refund me back, but she gave me 1 red velvet cookie (with frosting) and 2 strawberry shortcake...

Terrible experience. Very similar to Laurie’s review below and that was SIX months ago, so clearly nothing has changed and management is okay with poor customer service. First, this store is run by very young employees. You don’t even get acknowledged when you walk in. I prepaid AND tipped for my order. I had to wait several minutes before I was even asked what name was/how I could be helped. I was then told that they didn’t have half of the cookies I pre-ordered, despite already paying for them. I would not have done the order that I did if I knew some of the cookie selections would not be available. That is a terrible and unfair way to run a company. One of the employees in the back said two of the cookie selections I was missing actually were available and I had to only wait two minutes. Another 10 minutes go by and no one is working on my order…again. I asked what was taking so long and am dismissed and told it’s being worked on. I finally get my 12 cookies. One employee did apologize but there was no compensation, attempt at compensation, or any reason at all for me to believe they actually cared about my dissatisfaction. The cookies that I was waiting on were placed in the box hot and some of the icing slid off. I was already too upset and frustrated by the time spent waiting to say anything more. This new location of Crumbl cookies is staying true to the Crumbl culture of serving delicious sweet and eye popping large cookies.

Each of their cookies are decorated upon order while the flavor of cookies tend to rotate weekly. Each fist size cookies are large enough for two and are just as flavor explosion to your taste buds as they are pop of color to your eyes. They are sweet, no escaping the sugar, but are perfect to indulge your sweet cravings. Each bite is filled with cookie and cream goodness. Perfectly satisfying.

The staff at this location are surprisingly efficient and the ordering to receiving my thoughtfully arranged 4 cookies package was flawless and acceptably timed. I didn't experience any hiccups that of a typical newly opened establishment of such kind. You can self preset from one of two touchscreen that includes pictures of cookies of the week and pre-set packaging quantity. You can also walk up to the counter and have a staff punch in your order.

Crumbl also serves cream which come in pint size tubs. I will return repeatedly I'm sure. Btw, they have an app which allows ordering ahead for in store and curbside pickup. Given this location just opened, those option are in process of...
