Sushimotion is a sushi lover’s paradise! The presentation alone is enough to impress, with beautifully crafted rolls that are almost too pretty to eat—almost. The variety on the platter was outstanding, with each roll offering its own unique flavor profile. From the fresh, creamy avocado to the delicate fish and the perfect balance of sauces, every bite was an explosion of taste. The attention to detail is evident in every dish, and the vibrant colors and textures make it a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Came here on a whim tonight because my friend and I decided we needed a sushi fix after working on some projects around the house.

Wow is all I can say. This is haute cuisine sushi. The service was fantastic and the food was incredible, even though we were a later table. We loved the Latin fusion concept. Plantain on sushi? Who knew?

The chef, who was also serving us, said that they just got approved for their liquor license, so I'll be back to see those offerings in the future.

Do visit this restaurant. They're new and while they're on a "hidden" side of the plaza away from Ehrlich, they deserve a full house...

Let me start by saying that my family and I aren’t particularly picky people when it comes to food. So if you’re looking for a gourmet review,this ain’t it. Appetizers were hit and miss. I am not sure how you can mess up the Crab Rangoon, but the ones we got were cold and barely had any filling. The wasabi Mussels were good but tiny for the price. We waited for about 30-35 min for our food to arrive. The lady that served us was nice but I’m not sure if she is experienced in the food industry because she seemed totally lost and clueless. She apparently never even put in the order! We left that place by because we were hungry. Unfortunately we didn’t get to...
