Horrendous customer service on the night shift crew at this location. Was originally told that they don't have black beans, when I asked for a substitution. This can't be true as there's a black bean burrito on the menu. Then I was told they can't substitute for refried beans but she quickly corrected herself here. Upon arriving home, we found the quesadilla was extremely undercooked and the cheese was unmelted. A substitution for beans was missed on an taco. An order of cinnabon delights was missing. The spicy tostadas were missing cheese and spicy sauce. We did not receive a receipt, nor did they ask if we wanted any sauce. We called the location to fix the situation and were told that we would have to drive back to the location for them to do anything for us. Asked the manager on duty to just refund the items that we're not made correctly, who said that he would not be able to do this unless we drove back to the location. When I asked to speak to his boss, they said he would be in tomorrow and when asked for his contact number, they hung up. When I called back, they hung up on me. So I drove back to the location where they did not remake or refund the order, but I was able to get the "co-manager's" phone number. Had to drive to a different taco bell location to get the correct order and spent 90 minutes on a Saturday night in order to get the correct order. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to Northdale or Waters. Much more reliable locations vs this one, which is a shame, as this location was very good...

Due to the hours being listed incorrectly, we waited about 5 minutes outside in the drive-thru (from our last experience the speaker was broken, so we drove around to the window). An irate employee was inside who began to wave her hands and clap them together (as if that was threatening) saying "we closed, why you here, we closed."
I tried to explain the hours online indicated they closed at 1 AM - again she began clapping her hand saying "online, online?!" And proceeded to pour herself a drink from the soda machine.
I wasn't there to start a fight, just order food for me and my husband. I wasn't disrespectful to her, just made a statement of what we saw online. With that being said, in review of Google Maps it indicated - the website was updated by business 2 weeks ago. This makes me believe (assumption of mine) she was supposed to be open until 1 AM, but decided she wanted to close 2 hours sooner.

   Read moreThis is a KFC/Taco Bell restaurant. I have been here before and it has been fairly decent. But, tonight, I was very unhappy. We purposely drove very fast so as to arrive prior to 10pm. Upon arrival at 9:40pm, the doors were already locked. We were given the excuse they were doing maintenance even though there were three people inside dining. They appeared to be friends of the young lady working inside. I dislike going through the drive-thru because it takes so long and once you get in it, you can't get out of it. I placed my order and proceeded to wait 15 + minutes to get to the window. I paid for my order, asked for a receipt and was advised they do not give receipts. If not given a receipt how do you dispute it if they charge you wrong or there is a food issue? One of the items we ordered was a crunchwrap supreme. It was inedible. It had a burnt flavor and the wrap itself was definitely stale tasting like it had been sitting for quite a while. The outside of the chicken wasn't bad, but the meat was dried out.
