There is an absolutely lovely and adorable young woman with blonde hair and round glasses that started at this location within the last few days, and she has the absolute best customer service i’ve ever personally experienced and i’ve had a lot of good experiences. I felt obligated to say something although this is just a fast a fast food restaurant my experience at this particular location is always fantastic and i eat here 3-5 days a week but this time was particularly awesome. I’m just saying, having a positive attitude and not just doing the bare minimum with a monotone voice goes a long way. I have worked in fast food and I know it’s a repetitive job but having a good attitude not only makes it easier for you to do your job and also makes your own day better, you will make others happy too. take advantage of every situation you possibly can to make someone’s day just a little bit better and you will change your own life in the process. that young ladies work ethic will get her places and im very appreciative of her simply stopping to smile at me and ask me how i was doing and how my day was as going while running my card in the drive through. I saw her for me 15 seconds but she made my day, and sometimes that’s all it takes. so with that being said, if by the slim chance that girl sees this (i didn’t catch her name but she just started at this location within the last few days and she was working the payment window at noon today) thank you so much for being you. I saw your tattoo and I want you to know you are an absolute ray of sunshine a world that needs people like you so...
Read moreSo today my husband and I were out shopping at the stores near this location and decided to stop and grab something quick and easy. We ordered some food, I handed a sweet girl my card to pay and she handed us out drinks and my card back. A moment later you can hear her fighting with a male asking him not to hand us our food. A few seconds later he starts handing us out food and randomly said to me “I know a great gym you look like you need one.” So I said and what would I need that for? Yes I’m a bigger person but that is my own issue no one else’s. He laughed and slammed the drive threw window. This person goes by JoJo. JoJo was rude without cause, we did nothing to provoke him. My husband and I went inside and spoke with the girls working the registers and the manager on duty. The girls up front told the manager exactly what we had said, let him know that he said it for no reason after the window girl begged him not to. The manager says he’s been out of line lately and the girls up front tell me he’s been flirting with them and any person he feels like.
I pay my own Health insurance, I pay taxes, I pay bills. The food I decide to eat that I pay for is no ones issue but my own. I’ve contacted the store manager who’s talking to HR to fire JoJo. The entire experience is very upsetting and disrespectful. I won’t be back to this...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I ordered two meals. Went to put my drinks in the car and came back in to see the lady behind me sitting at a table telling one of the staff that the order he gave her was wrong. So he takes it back and throws it away which was fine with me since she had already touched both of the burgers. The guy however says nothing to me about handing my order out. He just tells the cook she has to make the order again. So I patiently wait for it to be made again, the MANAGER hands it to me and doesn't even apologize for giving my order away or for me having to wait for it to be made again. So I leave only to get home and see they made my burger wrong. So I drive back and let them know it was made wrong. So they make it AGAIN and I had to actually tell them I needed new fries because the other ones were cold by now. The guy hands me my meal and STILL no apology about the inconvenience they had just put me through! Just terrible service. This was the...
