Title: Exceptional Service at Panera Bread, Thanks to Dasani!
Review: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Panera Bread, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. While the delicious food and cozy ambiance certainly played a part in making my visit memorable, it was the exceptional service provided by an employee named Dasani that truly stood out.
Let me set the stage for you: I had just come from a terrible experience at Walmart that left me feeling frustrated and downcast. However, as soon as I walked through the doors of Panera Bread, Dasani's warm smile and friendly demeanor instantly lifted my spirits. It was as if she could sense my mood and made it her mission to turn my day around.
From the moment I approached the counter, Dasani went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and valued as a customer. She took the time to listen attentively to my order, providing helpful recommendations and answering any questions I had about the menu. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the various options available, but her genuine enthusiasm for the food was contagious.
But what truly set Dasani apart was her exceptional empathy and understanding. She could sense that I had had a rough day, and she took it upon herself to provide the kind of service that goes far beyond the transactional. She engaged me in meaningful conversation, showing genuine concern for my well-being and offering words of encouragement. It was as if she understood the power of human connection and the positive impact it can have on someone's day.
Moreover, Dasani's efficiency and attention to detail were truly impressive. Despite the bustling atmosphere, she ensured that my order was prepared accurately and promptly. Her friendly banter with other team members created a harmonious and welcoming environment, which further enhanced my dining experience.
I left Panera Bread that day with a smile on my face and a renewed sense of optimism, all thanks to Dasani. Her exceptional service and genuine care for customers like myself truly embody the values that make Panera Bread a special place. In a world where customer service often feels transactional and impersonal, Dasani's dedication to creating a positive and uplifting experience is nothing short of remarkable.
I cannot recommend Panera Bread highly enough, and I urge anyone visiting to keep an eye out for Dasani. Her exceptional qualities as an employee and a person will undoubtedly make your visit truly memorable. Thank you, Dasani, for going above and beyond to turn my frown upside down. You are a shining example of the incredible service that makes Panera Bread stand out from the rest!

Read moreMy recent experience at this Panera was beyond terrible. I'll start by saying it was busy but not that busy (there were plenty of empty tables). The guy taking our order (there were 6 of us) could not seem to get it right, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. It took 5 minutes just to order. We went to our table and waited for our food. When it came out about 15 minutes later, we were missing 2 sandwiches. The guy looked at the receipt and tried to tell us that we got them by pointing at our turkey sandwiches. After explaining that we ordered 2 turkey and 2 ham (which our receipt clearly showed), he left to sort it out, only to come back and say they were out of ham, which we should have been told when we ordered so we could adjust our choices. So we settled on 2 more turkey sandwiches. Then we found out they never rang us up for one of the soups we ordered so we had to go back up and pay for it. When we finally got our ham aka turkey sandwiches 10 minutes later, it was couple pieces of turkey and cheese on whole wheat bread (?) no lettuce or tomato. My sister's frontega chicken panini was cold, my chipotle turkey panini had hardly anything on it (turkey was shredded not sliced and hardly any). When we went to leave we found they didnt give us one of the pastries we paid for. We literally couldn't throw our trash away because the garbage was overflowing, as was the one in the ladies bathroom. The most frustrating part was that no one was apologetic, on the contrary, they made us feel like we were...
Read moreI've been to many different panera locations and I've never once had a problem with any of them, until I came to this one. I was called up to the register and you could clearly tell the employee didn't want to be there (didn't hold that against her, I get it sometimes you are just having a bad day). I ordered a pain and before I could finish stating what I wanted she gave me my total, I added a soup and she gave me yet another total without even asking if there was anything else. BEFORE I paid I asked if there was a drink on there. She huffed and rolled her eyes and rudely said she would just give me one. By this time I was tired of her rudeness and told her that I have no problem paying for it she just didn't give me the chance to ask for one and it was rude. There were 4 other employees nearby with the same attitude. As I was paying someone came out of the kitchen and said they were out of the bread that my panini is on. The employee told her to just put it on a different kind that "I wouldn't mind". I had to remind her that I was standing right in front of her. Then I waitem 20 minutes for a panini and soup for the person handing me my food to say "you're supposed to be at a table". I had to inform her that everyone is too busy being rude to inform people of that. Needless to say, I will never be coming back to this...
