This place's bubble tea made me feel sick - twice! Stay away! Since I am such a huge bubble tea fan I was happy to find this place and wanted to like it, but I can't. Frankly, their bubble tea is horrible. I've been to this place twice and my first time I found my bubble tea tasted a bit funny, but still had flavor and I managed to drink it all but felt faintly nauseous after it all. Next time I visited the mall recently I decided to give this place another chance and ordered mango flavor bubble tea, and I was apalled as soon as I had the first sip. It didn't taste anything remotely like mango flavor at all. Instead it had a disgusting milky, powdery taste. After the second sip I had to stop because immediately my stomach was protesting and nausea was hitting me hard. I almost felt like I was going to vomit. I handed it off to my boyfriend complaining and asked him if he tasted any mango at all and he agreed saying it tasted nothing like it, and that it almost had a pungent-like milky coffee flavor to it though he did claim after a few more test sips that he tasted a hint of it; but the flavor was pretty much non-existent. From my experience of having great bubble tea it's supposed to be sweet and fruity, not a nasty milk-powdered mess that makes you want to vomit. I thought it was strange too that every bubble tea that comes from there, no matter the flavor, is a brown mocha color. It's a shame too because the people who worked there are nice enough, but I don't think they should be making/selling bubble tea as this is not a good representation of it at all. Needless to say we ended up throwing it in the garbage nearby, unable to and unwilling to finish it. Two hours later I was still feeling nauseous just from the small sips I had had of it and had to take medicine. It even had upset my boyfriend's stomach. Apparently they sell other things there like yogurt and smoothies, and I can't attest to the quality of those items, but my major advice is DON'T buy the bubble tea here. Its disgusting....

However am not sure what the issue is with this place but for some reason the cashiers (all different people) cannot comprehend the correct sizes that's being ordered. This has happened THREE times now. The first time it was really busy so maybe that time the cashier didn't hear me. (Free pass) Second time the man (usually that's there) he told me I ordered wrong I said to him I ordered ONE regular TWO large. He told me he wasn't going to give me the right size I ordered wrong, so I stayed away from there for a while. Yesterday there was a woman cashier. I asked ONE regular and I even pointed to the size, then I asked ONE large and pointed at the size I had a free drink with my card sure enough both drinks were the regular sizes. I said "no I ordered ONE REGULAR & ONE LARGE" the cashier showed the cups and try to tell me I ordered 2 REGULARs I said to her "no I didn't I pointed out and told you what I ordered", she told me I had to pay $1.08 for the correct charge for the large.
I am not understanding why they have such a difficult time accepting they messed up on the sizes and I really do not understand why they can't say sorry and just fix it rather than tell customers they're wrong even though they been told and shown what size is being ordered.
I don't know if I even want to be bothered with the hassle of this place anymore, and it's a shame because I really do love the tea's I just don't enjoy the frustration of this place anymore its becoming...
Read moreRACIST I went there to get a mango smoothie and the asian guy quickly grab his tips jar a-front of the register. Then the lady at the register had an attitude with me because to her the Asian guy did the right thing because she herself assumed i was going to take the tip jar. I was so offended, like I’m 28 year old, owns multiple airbnbs, drive a BMW, doing more than great in my life. Never stole a thing in my life, to be treated like that because of the color of your skin is outrageous, I can’t even imagine what my ancestors went through, it’s almost barbaric to treat someone like that because of the color of their skin. Plus the mango smoothie i ordered didn’t even taste like a mango. I thought about filling a racial profile case against them but, it just wasn’t worth it. Hope these people find Jesus. DONT...
