I made a mistake on the app. I have been calling this store to cancel my order since it was still processing the order. I’ve now been calling for 30 minutes. No one will answer, and this subway is 30 minutes away from me. So it’s not like I’m able to go and speak with someone. I need a refund or help and no one is answering to do any of that. Drove the 30 minutes after I kept calling for well over an hour, almost couldn’t get in which is why I tried to cancel right away. Showed all my proof was still told I could be lying. Called them while I was standing there, and told him how can you say I’m lying when I’m calling right now and it’s on silent. The man begrudgingly admitted that’s true. It was maybe 7 inches or so, and clearly did not cover the entire footlong tray as shown in the picture.
