Tim Hortons — Restaurant in City of Batavia

If I could give negative stars, I would. Not sure why I keep coming here- every time they screw up my order. I keep giving them another chance to not suck, but to no avail. I just went in and ordered a butter pecan cold brew, cream only. The guy was extremely confused and kept saying cocoa crunch? I said no- a cold brew with butter pecan flavoring. He said okay, and after saying I wanted a medium multiple times, he still asked what size. Then, when my coffee came out, it was cocoa crunch, not butter pecan. I’ve worked for Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts, so I know it’s not a complicated order, and I’m not sure why he couldn’t grasp it. Literally- just a cold brew with butter pecan and cream. He literally lied to my face and made me the wrong coffee. Not to mention every time I try to redeem my 2,000 points, it never works. I’m going back to Dunks & Starbucks- you guys are awfully...

I must have been the invisible man. Of the 3 people working I was at the counter and wasn't even acknowledged. One employee walked past me 4 times looked at me but said nothing. The other two one I guess was the "cook" the other working the window. Never responded when I said "hello" I've never been ignored like that in any where before. I won't be returning there again. I hope the franchisee is reading this. The "crew" could have had clean uniforms and have a little pride in their appearance. After 5 minutes of being the only person at the counter I left totally...

Was here a few days ago and it was wonderful. Came back ordered the same items and it was awful. Sandwich was a luke warm egg, cold cheese, and an un-toated dry bun. The coffee wasn't even the same ordered the gingerbread chai latte at tastes like an old cup of coffee with no flavor no sweetness was even bitter. They also gave us two coffees two donuts and a breakfast sandwich and not one napkin. We sat in the drivethru waiting for someone to come back by so we can ask for a napkin. Terrible.
