Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Batavia

No seating! Been to many before without any problems whatsoever! Was there on May 5, 2023 at around 10a.m. Cappuccino coffee did not taste like cappuccino or coffee for that matter. One of the attendants (tall & slim lady) was rude. Asked for 3 Splendas with the guy who was polite but then he got sidetracked, then the tall slim lady came to the front & I asked her for 3 Splendas thinking that the guy forgot. So the tall slim lady tells me, "you can only get one" but at the same time the guy returned and gave me the 3 Splendas in front of her & she walked away. That tall slim lady was very rude, that if looks could kill, I'd be dead. No excuse for being nasty, she really should be replaced! Not going...

Spelled my name “Penelope” wrong, “Penolope”? Anyways they made my medium drink, looked at me dead in the eyes and then proceeded to give me a cup 3/4ths filled. And all of this could have been excused but all of the workers were on their phones and swearing. The drinks were made well as well as the sandwich and cakes pops I bought. Atmosphere is an important part in the workplace though especially around customers. I don't go to Starbucks often closest one to me is 40 mins away from my house. When I go to batavia I stop in. Asked for a opinion on what I should get and gave the girl an idea of what kind of coffee I like. She suggested a sugar cookie Chai latte with a shot of blonde expresso. IT WAS SO GOOD!!!!!! will definitely get it again. Always feel like an idiot walking in not knowing what I want, they were very helpful and courteous to me, not knowing exactly what I wanted.
