Target — Local services in Town of Batavia

Pizza Hut and Starbucks cafe, plus groceries and department store stuff. Pure awesome. Service desk is always very helpful! Employees are very friendly and helpful as well. Easy to get to, and always ample parking! **I've been using the order on the app feature and picking up my items in the store for a few months now. The customer service is great! There's a whole section right by the counter where they have the orders ready, no disappearing behind a door, and they're really organized, I've never had to wait on a long line, and they give you a time frame for pickup (a few days). I've only gotten department store items this way, not groceries. I only use this service when I'm crunches for time - I need something, I want it today, and I live a half hour away, sometimes I don't feel like shopping in person after a drive through bad weather. The girl with the long hair and glasses is not the brightest bulb in the box working at the starbucks here. I paid with a gift card and a debit card for my coffee and got a gift card for a gift… while waiting for my order I asked for a receipt because she never offered me one. When I had asked her for a receipt she responded with “ sorry but you would’ve had to ask for one as I was doing your purchase I can’t go back now.” As a customer it’s NOT MY responsibility to ask for responsibility to ask for a receipt it’s the responsibility of the customer service representative. I had also asked for an envelope for my gift card. No envelope was given!! How do you have gift cards to sell at a target starbucks but no envelopes?!? The associates at this target were horrible! Target price matches amazon and even after showing proof that i price matched the items at several targets the same day i was told, myself and 4 other targets were wrong, as well as targets own website. The security officer who somehow made the finale decision was extreamly rude and would not even look at the recipts i tried to show him. I dont understand how someone can stand there and tell me there right when i am clearly showing proof they are wrong.
