I live over an hour away. Made my Saturday for 3pm reservation online as per the site suggestion two days prior on Thursday morning. Arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. Discovered there was only one gentleman working…ON A SATURDAY 🤯🤯🤯…I came in to upgrade my phone because I work Monday through Friday and not able to stay home to wait and sign for delivery. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes because a family of 6 was before me. I completely respected that. However ,apparently another set of people had returned because they were told prior to my arrival that it was going to be an hour and they should come back. I asked what about customers that had registered online, the gentleman said basically he was trying. And honestly I was so frustrated at this point that i left and decided to take the chance and call to upgrade over the phone! Never again! This store was soooooo poorly managed and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for only staffing one person on the weekend!!!!!! I don’t care if the circumstances you call your uppers and follow your change of command. And you know what if the manger is out then that person’s boss shows up! Blake made, what could have been a horrible experience, absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 was because his coworker (Mike maybe) helped me toward the end of this, as Blake had another customer he was helping as well, and he decided to make a comment that he “always finishes Blake’s jobs” which ended my experience on an irritating note. Was told untruths on multiple visits, the fact that I had to make so many visits at all is frustrating when I should have been able to set it up online, and by the time my internet is finally set up with a technician in a few days it will be over a week since my initial inquiry, not to mention 6 hours of driving back and forth to their store. Zero respect for customers time, and no care at all for the way being jerked back and forth about internet affects my remote work schedule. This is a terrible start to my service with Spectrum.
