Tully's Good Times Batavia — Restaurant in City of Batavia

So this would be the 2nd dining experience we had at this location..1st was a disaster! We had a larger party group of 8, place wasn't super busy, got seated within 5 min. Waitress showed up I'd say close to 15 min later to take drink order..we were all talking so really wasn't a huge deal! She took drink order...then after we received our drinks we order...now place is starting to get more people, I'm glad we got in when we did! Our order I'd say was 95 percent tenders and fries...I think 1 person ordered a burger. We waited..half hour goes by..no food, not even a drink refill...45 min, waitress brings us more drinks, says our order is almost done, shouldn't be more than 5 min...1 hour 15...no food, where did the waitress go???? We asked someone else if they could check on it, not sure where she went....1 hour 30 min, waitress comes back, said there was a mix up, she thought the 1st order was ours, got us more drinks...meanwhile we have to leave to go to a time slotted event we all purchased tickets for....we stopped the next waitress and asked if we could just get all our orders to go...1 hour 53 min we had our to go boxes in hand, no apologies we are going to the cars...opening the boxes in the cars...everything cold! 2nd experience just the other day, son had a game there. Got seated 20 min, not a huge deal. Place is dirty inside, like not just the floors, but the seats had food, I went to the bathroom which you could kinda see part of the kitchen, that floor looked like a tornado had hit. Anyway got drinks, took 15 min again..lady comes back order food......you know how this goes, 1 hour later food comes...2 orders of tenders, meatloaf, and a smothered chicken....tenders are the only thing hot. I tasted the meatloaf, and if weren't for the fact it was warmed up then got cold, so it was like room temp, it would have been delicious. Potatoes were so cold they became one spud again...my wife's smothered chicken same way. After sitting for another 15 min after receiving the food, no waitress, no drinks...I went and grabbed a guy that was the manager..he did apologize and warmed my meatloaf, and ended up getting my wife tenders! So total time 1 hour 40 min...never again tullys batavia!!! Buy a broom, get some more help, maybe give the place a mopping too, one of the worst tullys...

The food was oversalted, overcooked to the point inedible. (Grilled cheeseburger was suppose to be cooked med..it was instead overcooked to well done/burned, as was the grilled cheese sandwich which oozed black/brown burned butter, charred), There were almost no fries (maybe 15 of them which were cold and over salted). Waitresses and bartender stood around chatting while customers were ignored, tables and floors filthy,, the women's bathroom was beyond disgusting with broken toilet paper holders and things smeared on the walls, the ceiling vent was filthy and broken, just about dangling from the ceiling), we were seated at a booth but had to ask if they could sweep the area so we could sit down at our booth as the bus girl/waitress dumped the food off of the table onto the floor while "cleaning it" and then walked away for the hostess to seat us. The booth had a massive rips in the material, it pinched and was uncomfortable, as I was in shorts. We were never asked if we wanted our lunch cards punched. Food is usually pretty good @ Tully's. But their new French onion burger: false advertisement. On the menu, says it's topped with "homemade onion JAM". Not the case, their watery french onion soup is poured over the top! Now come on Tully's, you must think your customers are culinary idiots and not know the difference between a watery french onion soup and an a thick onion Jam. And they say a french onion au jus is served on the side and that's just French onion soup not an au jus. I get that they try to get more creative with burgers but shame on them for saying it's a onion jam, which is supposed to be a thick Jam made with caramelized onion, and just get watery french onion soup dumped on your burger! Thats just laziness and faking true creative and culinary burgers! I know I won't get a response from this for management and shame on them as well for not responding to any of their negative comments, which even more states that they don't care about...
