Far East Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Binghamton

My experience here was horrible. I would say that their customer service is zero. I had an issue with my order, I ordered a particular food and I got something instead. So I called to have it resolved and the lady simply told me there is nothing she can do about it that I got what I ordered.

I had to ask again if there is really nothing she can do about it but she won’t even answer me this time. She just kept me online and won’t say anything. Got tired and had to end the call from my end.

I feel People deserve to have value for their money and even if she won’t have my food replaced. She should at least be polite about it.

Am never coming back here...

Our regular place was closed so we tried take out here. The lady on the phone was easy to talk to and kind during pick up but despite the great reviews the food was not very good. My son did like the sweet and sour chicken and the broccoli was cooked nicely. The fried rice seemed a bit off, bland, and tasted like left overs with an extra sprinkle of green onion. The general TSO chicken was mostly crunchy bits with some sauce and the chicken with broccoli was okay, but the sauce was reddish. I have never had reddish sauce on my chicken and broccoli. Overall, I was hoping to like it, but instead...

This WAS my go to favorite chinese takeout until I found a piece of METAL in my food! Inside the breading of my seaseme chicken, was what looked to be a metal staple - called to inform them and had showed proof and the women knew exactly what it was "from cleaning the grill" and she thought it was no big deal. I demanded a FULL refund. What a shame, that ruined it for me and will never order from here again or any chinese place for...
