Royal Fried Chicken — Restaurant in City of Binghamton

Before tonight I was a loyal customer. I came through two, sometimes three times a week. I usually called ahead of time to reduce the capacity of the lobby and I stood up for them in the store on multiple occasions, despite others complaints about wait times. I had already left a good review but now it seems I must change it. I always order a double cheeseburger meal with a side of nacho cheese. The past few times the quality of each has been questionable. Especially the nacho cheese which was blatantly spoiled and was only quality checked because I brought it back to them. The guy made a face when he smelled the cheese then proceeded to lie about it's quality. He brought out fresh cheese and tried to play it off like that's what they had prepared when I blatantly got some nasty cheese three times in a row. Like a call scammer would try to trick you out of money. Exactly like that. The last time my burger didn't even have cheese on it. This time, for the last time, my burger was cold, dry, and the cheese wasn't even melted. Obviously they just threw it together from the leftovers of the day. Absolutely disgusting food this time around. It wouldn't be a personal problem if the guy had listened to my complaints and tried to resolve the problem, but instead he decided to hang up on me when I respectfully called him to inform him of it. I will be denouncing my loyalty. They just lost a customer....

If I cld give 0 stars I would. I stood around waiting, they told me may card doesn't swipe. I had just left the gas station before, and then used it in ATM To pay for my order. He said total was 9.50, I politely said so the total is 7.50 since u claimed ut dodnt swipe but had no problem using it in the ATM. Man in back cooking, without a mask I might add, attempted to carry on an argument walking into the waiting area. I told him im not gonna argue I got my money back. Don’t buy their chicken unless you want to smell rotten fish while eating it. Idk if they fry it in rotten fish oil or mix fish with or what. This was my regular place to get chicken ( what they specialize in) but this is more than several times that I’ve gotten chicken that smells rotten fish! Will never buy here again. I’ll buy from Kennedy or kings fried chicken.
