Wendy's — Restaurant in City of Binghamton

Worst experience ever waited 10 mins at window before order was taken then the rude associate had me repeat my order 3 times and it was still incorrect 53 dollars later I went in to have it fixed they had to put chicken down for missing sandwich i asked for my whole order to be fresh as chicken takes 7 mins to cook they remade half of it then left the other half to get cold in bag for second time when I addressed the associate she literally lunged at me and said she was the manager when I asked to speak to one and acted like I was the problem.... after 45 mins wasted in a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I still left with half my stuff wrong and when I asked who the actual store manager was the associates ALL refused to tell me worse experience ever and when I addressed the issue the manager acted like I was wrong too. 4 meals and 53 dollars later and I left in tears and unheard and frustrated over a fast food meal after a 9 hr work day..... DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR Save yourself the aggravation McDonald's is...

First of all people took forever to even acknowledge we were there which was a tad annoying, then this really pleasant women came from the back to take our order despite there being 2 other people behind the front counter when we arrived I'll give them the benefit of the doubt they may have been training so over all service was great after that women came up front. The turn off for me was I used their restroom, and you can clearly see the employee must wash hands sign, but there was no soap, nor a soap dispenser, and I mentioned this to someone and the response was, oh ya they're out, like it was just common acceptable knowledge. So how are the employees washing their hands? I had already eaten at this time and it was hard enough to get service let alone figure out who was in charge. I told someone behind the counter as I walked by I hope it got addressed needless to say I won't be back to...

The worst I’ve ever seen and had in my life we waited 25 minutes for our food which was not correct or corrected. while the employees were out smoking weed and drinking truly alcohol then had the audacity to make our food with the same gloves they wore outside. Food is terrible and cold that my cheese didn’t melt on my burger smh and burnt chicken nuggets and that are hard and really old asked for new food was refused and now that I spent 30 bucks and can’t get anything in return this is pathetic of what we have to deal with when it comes to fast food and for what they get paid to do this horrible service. Thanks Wendy’s in Binghamton maybe they should learn to clean their store and learn some respect and really learn how to run a store properly where’s a grown up when needed. Most definitely won’t ever come back to this...
