Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Canandaigua

I just moved back to the area after being gone for 10 years. This Dominoes has the same good quality I came to expect from where I used to live. The delivery was shockingly fast, just 15 minutes from time of order to time of doorbell ring. And right now they're having a free-delivery promotion, which is awesome. The driver was friendly and professional, and brought the pizza to my door instead of making me go out to the front of the building, which is nice since I have pain issues. -- I'd take off half a star if I could, just because when I called, the woman was a little less patient sounding than she could've been, and made it sound like dialing my building buzzer to be let in was a big hassle for the driver (it turned out he was already very familiar with the building so her anxieties were unfounded). -- Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend...

So, the manager at this place is lazy and has NO common sense. I tried to order tonight at 11:03. I gave the address and phone number. I was told 20-30 mins. 11:50 rolled around. I called and was told they had "issues" with the address and my phone number was "disconnected" ( that's been valid for 5 years🥴🥴). They have delivered to the VA base before. I again gave him the address. Told him a PLAGUE with the address was posted ON THE BUILDING! I waited another 40 mins!!! I again called and was told the same thing AGAIN! Then I told them they called me and I had proof. He said "I won't be threatened" and hung up!! I tried calling back and he said he is cancelling my order! I had an $8!!! Tip ready for a $20! Order! The driver can blame him! I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND WILL BE...

I’m not sure who is running this place now. But it has changed my whole experience. FOR THE BETTER. I used to have cancelled orders randomly. No one would answer the phones. The pizza subpar. Now its prompt service. Great pizza & great service all around. I would like to highlight your drivers. I order for delivery with a lot of places. Especially you guys. The place I own has some of the best drivers but this Dominos. Wow. Your drivers care. A lot. The woman tonight who brought me my order Courtney. She cares & shes such a hard worker. Of course I live in Camelot & it’s a maze. She was so worried about finding the next place to get back to bang out some dishes. Some real hustle that is truly admirable. I helped her out & she was so appreciative....
