Crown Jewelers — Local services in City of Canandaigua

Took in two perfectly working watches and brought then in for new batteries as I always take batteries out when not planning to wear for awhile so they don't erode in my watches. Lady took upstairs, couldn't see what she was doing but took what seemed like forever and when she did come down said they were broken, which just isn't true as they were working fine the last time I had batteries in them. Not sure but maybe she put the wrong power battery in them and screwed them up. I've bought several new watches there ut after my last experience with them won't have them work on anything I own or purchase anything from them....

Everyone here was so kind and helpful from start to finish. Nick did an amazing job helping me design a new setting for a beloved sapphire. When I picked my ring up it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Even though I was going to wear it right away, they sent me home with a beautiful ring box. Nick even cleaned the other rings I was wearing after checking the stones and tightening one that was loose. I felt like they went above and beyond at every step; I look forward to working with them again...

I had an excellent experience working with Crown Jewelry. I was ring shopping for me girlfriend (now fiancée) during the busy holiday season. Throughout the process (initial design meeting, second meeting to pick out stones and estimate size, ring pickup, resize after she said yes, and appraisal for insurance purposes) everyone we worked with was helpful and patient.
