Pudgie's Pizza Pasta & Subs — Restaurant in City of Canandaigua

Ordered 2 sheet pizzas, and 4 orders of boneless wings. Told people at our party to help themselves and eat. Came back to realize they gave us bone in wings. Called the restaurant and Logan whom claims to be the manager was rude about a mistake made by them. Told us they would only replace the wings that weren’t already eaten and that we had to return the wings they gave us. We explained that we would show them they gave us the wrong wings, but it is a health violation especially with covid taking back food. He then proceeded to tell us that he hasn’t been told that by the health dept and that we needed to bring the food back. This is very concerning and makes me believe they are taking food back and giving to other patrons when ordered. We brought the wings back that had already been eaten, and Logan proceeded to talk down to us in front of other customers, and confrontational about the wings being eaten. We brought the bones and explained this was for a large party and guests weren’t aware until purchaser came in and realized the mistake. They still refused to give the boneless wings that he had sitting on the counter. Because it’s their “regulation” to take back food that has already been consumed or touched by their customers. To do, who knows what with? Out of frustration we said fine we will purchase 2 orders, and he took the order of wings behind the window after we said we would purchase them, making us believe he was going to do something to them until we called him out and said why are you taking wings back there that we agreeed to purchase. This type of behavior makes us believe instead of making a mistake right, they would rather lose business and take a bad review. Overall, the boss was super nice. He helped us with food, especially the open brownie that looks like it was half nibbled the person that was working as a Front extremely horrible service drinks weren’t even right were eating around animals well eating animals. The food was soggy cold and they lied about not having cheese and not having veggies. Meanwhile the table next to us was eating cheese, pizza and salads they take advantage of younger people, they think they can act, unprofessional and plain out wrong just because people are younger than other people. There were three adults sitting at a table they got everything they told us not to do our Gatorade. Red not even blew. It was not Gatorade I repeat not Gatorade it was fruit punch don’t ever waste your time. Getting drinks from the fountain they gave us the last two cold pizza pizzas from the night before as well as other tables got cheese, pizza, and salads. I’m never going back in ordering from the man that served us again The man was walking around, looking clueless he should be fired. The boss/manager was super nice helped us with everything but the service acted like they couldn’t follow rules without him there. Extremely disappointed manager was OK. He gave us a new brownie, but the cashier denied it. And the cashier didn’t even get a talking to. We stayed to see if they did but no still working. Wow. First time at this location and never again. I called. Girl acted like it was her first day. We saw the max package $83 online. She said 20 mins. That should of been a big red sign. 20 mins for sheet pizza and 40 wings on a busy Saturday night?!? We arrive and just stand there for over 5 mins as we get ignored. We did see one guy cooking, 2 guys just talking to him. One guy doing nothing. Girl get off phone and just walks away? She finally comes back. Cashes us out, our total is $100.15. what? Why's it so high? She says this is the price sheet on the wall. I show her right on their website. She says no. Have to go by the sheet on the wall. Will not give a receipt. Decor is... Well, it's stuffed exotic animals that are full of dust. Tables dirty. Eh, I'm not eating here, we got order to go. Get food home. What in the world?!? Half the pizza is gooey. Half is big and floofy. Like dough was over proofed? Pepperoni was scarce. I had the gooey side. It was gross. Chicken wings, well they were gooey. Not crispy at all. So weird. No blue cheese at all. Did they just forget? Would I recommend this location? No. Would I recommend the Goodman location in Rochester? Yes! Never had an issue in the city.
