For $60, my wife ordered 2 subs, a 'super slice' (which was 2 individual slices in a to-go box) and some sort of Penne alfredo with chicken, for our daughter. My large sub barely had enough turkey to cover the entire bottom of the roll (about as much meat as an order of 6 chicken wings, MAYBE a quarter of a pound) TWO very small tomatoes (one on the middle and one on the end of the sub), and dusting of lettuce and I could not even taste the onion. My wife's sub also had VERY little meat, though she had WAY more vegetable related items than mine, the alfredo was definitely commercial sauce from a can, box, or package and tasted just like the sauce used at Domino's pizza. She ordered hers with a fried chicken breast and it was VERY over cooked, using broken down oil and believe me when I tell you that it was burnt to a crisp. It tasted horrible and my daughter wouldn't eat it after arriving home in Seneca Falls from a softball game. I tried it and it reminded me of the crumbles left over in the bottom of a deep frier after cooking mozzarella sticks on Super Bowl Sunday. Of course we couldn't return anything because we are 40 minutes away. It was a complete waste of money. I was truly baffled at the lack of attention, care, and product consistency. Additionally, it was a truly over priced meal. A Wegmans sub would crush this place with little to no effort. A frozen microwave meal from the grocery store would definitely suffice better than the 'alfredo' our daughter had, and the 'super slice' was mediocre at best (two small idividual slices in a to-go box) and gas station pizza would stand a better chance at a 5 star rating. I can only guess that the manager was off duty, not aware, or complacent in his or her duties. We will definitely not be buying from this location again. I took images of the part of the sub I didn't eat and the chicken that our daughter couldn't eat. Pure disappointment after a 14 hour workday and an 8PM...
Read moreI recently became homeless and each week I use my Pizza Perks to get a pizza for my children and I. I sometimes buy wings or add a topping for a few dollars. This is a treat for my children. Today I stopped in, one of the employees questioned how I was able to get the points as if I control that. Not only was there quite a bit of customers in there, not only to make me embarrassed with my two year old. I also felt shame for using them when I’ve spent lots of money obviously to accumulate the points. I will NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I also tipped them the change that I had because I felt guilt prior to him coming to address me. What’s the purpose of points if we are going to be shamed for using them? This made me feel so low in a situation I try to make the best of with what I have. Also to put a smile on my children’s faces during an already difficult time. What a way to make a customer...
Read moreThe lovely helpful employee's decided to hang-up the phone on me multiples times because I asked for a favor, Which was to look and see if someone had turned in my wallet. But instead the kid decided to not even let me ask for said favor and because I had not instantly started ordering pizza he hung up the phone after hearing "Can you do me a favor?", on the second time picked it up and then put it immediately back down, on the third time they let it ring through. and then the fourth time they just declined it. When I showed up to confront them about my wallet, and the fact they had blatantly hung up on me for no reason the kid decides to lie straight to my face about phone problems which is obviously a lie when they had no problem with my phone call up until they knew pizza wasn't involved. I can understand being busy and rushed but don't expect any sort of customer service from...
