Campi's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Dunkirk

Stopped on a whim to see the offerings on the boardwalk for dinner. My sister put it an order, was told 15 minutes, and we sat down to wait. When the 15 minute mark hit, she went to wait around the stand for her name to be called. Another 15 minutes goes by and she asks about her order because others have come and gone with orders. The order hadn’t been put into the kitchen. So they whipped it up (in less than 5 minutes) for the fries to be cold/soggy and no condiments offered, the ziti didn’t come with the meatball they charged for (or silverware for that matter). We returned the food for a refund and (presumably) the manager came out after fuming/swearing behind the front desk. The front counter person shut the managers window as to not have us hear her. The manager refunded her in cash after she paid with card, and didn’t even say one word. Not hello, not sorry your food was not right, not sorry for the wait, not one word. Seen this place from a viral Facebook video and realized we only lived 45 minutes so my wife, my kids and myself went up for a ride and we’re not disappointed the pizza and wings were cooked to perfection and we even got to go enjoy walking along side the lake for a hour or so before going back and getting the Jumbo fried dough. And we wish we caught her name but the lady working the cashier around 11:30 was so nice and so courteous she even went out of her way to make sure my kids pizza was cut into smaller slices so they had an easier time eating it! Wanted to get a slice of pizza before I left a local festival. They ran out of just about everything when I got there. The lady at the counter said they'd have more coming out in a minute so I decided to wait, step back no big deal. 10 Minutes later there's a mob at the counter in front of me all waiting for pizza to come out and the lady at the counter isn't doing anything to keep track of who was there waiting first.
