The food here is very good. Everything I've tried has been great.
The staff leaves much to be desired. Not very friendly, disorganized, and a very long wait for the most simple things. Place isn't fancy, but it's clean.
Really wish the staff were nicer. There's no reason to treat your customers rudely, especially when they're the reason you're open. Frequently get delivery orders wrong and show no interest at all in correcting the problem when you call them.
Prices are roughly 25-30% higher than they have any right or reason to be, even taking into account the overall rises in costs the past few years.
I only order from here very rarely now as a result of this. They'd have more business if they lowered prices and found out what customer service was all about.

I NEVER EVER LIKE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS FOR ANYONE! And, for waaaaay over 4 years, I Was very happy with the food, and service. But, Sunday February 4, 2024. We called around 5pm to have a Large Cheese Pizza Delivered. Now we ordered in more then enough time to have the pizza arrive before our kid got picked up by his grandpa. Now we understand the whole 45 minutes to an hour. So, the driver not showing up til 6:20pm is understandable. COLD PIZZA Is NOT! No apologies or anything when it took them so long to get there either. We have been very satisfied customers, up until Last Night. Update 6/2023 I called to order 3 Lg. pizzas and asked what the specials were. The woman said "our usual" and it was clear I had no idea what that is. I also asked for chicken cutlet on our pizza and she said she didn't know what that is. I was so confused because any Italian restaurant should know what that is being that chicken Parm is made with breaded chicken(aka chicken cutlet). It just seemed like a really difficult and kind of rude conversation.
12/2022: We came here to try out the pizza in the area. It was recommended on the Facebook page, Elmira area restaurants. The staff was friendly.
