Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in City of Industry

I used to work here not that long ago and oh my let me tell you it's a horrible place horrible managment. There was roaches by the bread in the sink sometime and also by the fries on the floor or by the soda. The manager doesn't care about her employees she has us lie to customers as well. We have condiments but she told us to say we dont have any and would tell us that we can only give them out if there ordered a curtain item. Told us to not answer the phone and people always called. When the time was up for the drive thru she would tell is to ask the customers to back up or to park and I had no clue that I could get in trouble for that untill after a while of doing that. After that she told everyone we cant do it anymore cuase they caught us. This place is horrible the manager needs to be fired. And I messaged her several times about getting my new schedule she ignore me so I never got it never got a phone call nothing so I...

Literally never had a problem at this location until today. Had the rudest employee handling our drive thru order. My dad wanted to change the cheese burger in our order to a hamburger with no cheese. The employee was very adamant on him purchasing a cheeseburger and went so far into basically arguing with us. She was being very snarky with him, "Well what kind of burger, sir?" And started listing off menu items that were not what we wanted. He had to keep explaining to her what we wanted and it was almost like she completely ignored him and still insisted we get a cheeseburger. She made it sound like they don't offer plain hamburgers. We got tired of all the back and forth so once we got our food, we didn't bother to go back to get something we forgot to order.

Absolutely the worst Carl's jr around, the buns are either burned or just so old they're rock hard, they constantly give you the wrong order, they never have ketchupand when they do it's rancid, on around 4 different occasions they've asked me if I wanted to add more to my order for a few dollars more only to find out when I get home to eat that they've not added the extra stuff I've ordered but still charged me, I've bit into the meat patty on more than 5 different occasions only to find hard bone or foreign material in them and the material is so hard that on more than one occasion I've genuinely thought I'd broken a tooth.
