I've been to Starbucks all over the planet, literally, and while this isn't the worst it is in the bottom 20%. I've been to this location probably 100 times over the last several years and about half the time the experience was poor. Cold drinks and drip coffees are always fine but espresso drinks are their kryptonite. 2/3 of the time they don't fill the cup with hot milk, leaving 1/4 of the cup or more to be filled with whipped cream, foam or milk that I have to put in from the bar. I have come in every evening for the last week ordering my drink from the mobile app. Only once was my drink made in the timeframe the app gave me after placing the order. I kmow it probably just sounds like I'm complaining, but when the app says 4-8 minutes for the drink to be ready and I walk into the store and see there are no customers in line and 3 baristas behind the counter shooting the breeze, while absolutely nobody is making a drink, I wonder exactly what it is that I'm waiting for? When I tell someone I'm waiting for my drink from a mobile order they look at me like I'm speaking Swahili. Inevitably somebody looks over at the little printer and pulls out the sticker that has my drink order on it and they make it. Of the four times that has happened in the last week, twice my hot drink was made as a frappucino. When I show them the order printed on the sticker on the side of my cup (that they JUST LOOKED AT) they remake the drink as a hot beverage but they aren't happy about it.
It's usually very crowded (and I don't say that as a bad thing) so sometimes I sit outside or just in my car in front of the store. But if you're not inside the WiFi gets pretty unusable. Sitting outside on the patio chairs in some spots nearest the drive thru results in completely losing the WiFi...
Read morecustomer service here is the worst specially ISABEL- the supervisor. I drop by to buy coffee and i was first in line and there are more than 5 customer behind me but i was serve last- when i ask the cashier- Luis where is my order and why does everybody get there order ahead of me they responded were making it now..Really? I thought customer must be serve on a fist come first serve basis.... not even an excuse nor an explanation why? so out of my frustration I return the coffee and ask for the corporate number that i can call and ISABEL was so nice to give it to me but, when i call the number it was the store phone no.REally ISABEL? Just a suggestion to STARBUCKS CO. maybe they should train their employee specially their supervisor (ISABEL) to learn how to respect and value your customer no matter how big or small they are coz they are the one who give you $$$$....but on a positive side of my worst experience, I learn a lesson and I discover something, COFFEE BEAN is a lot better that starbucks..They take care of their customer and they have a better coffee. What makes there coffee better is that they know how to valued a customer..Thanks ISABEL for your attitude, you discourage on sturbucks but you push me to find a better coffee shop with a better customer service not...
Read moreThe Baristas are super nice and courteous. I always get a smile whenever I arrive, maybe because I always smile at them 😇 I can't help smiling whenever I come here because everyone is so nice here, the employees AND the customers. I can go on and on about how nice it is to be here, but I don't want to seem obsessed. Enough to say that coming here always makes my day. Starbucks has even solved the problem of cell phones running out of battery by providing state of the art chargers to every customer that enjoys the excellent service that Starbucks is so well known for. Anyone who has a complaint about them is because they approach with a negative attitude. I mean, REALLY, with so many varieties of coffee that they serve and all the amenities they provide, including the comfort of being able to relax, and EVERYTHING ELSE that Starbucks represents to each community that they serve, there's bound to be a mistake that some new employees may make, like happening to be on their shift when a negative customer that's looking for an excuse to push another coffee bar in place of Starbucks happens to be buying coffee. I'm...
