After countless times of eating here for years I decided to try out dining in with my 2 kids for the first time ever. The place was dope inside and I appreciated how everything was decorated. This is the first time in a very long time I step into a place and feel the lousiest service from a cashier. As soon as I walked up to the short light skinned girl with excessive make up could be Mexican or White to take my order she had the weirdest energy and biggest attitude ever. She was angry at me when she didnāt even know me at all.. she cominced to ask what drinks and size drinks we wanted and was acting like I was an inconvenience to serve and angrily pulled the cups out and dropped the one she was gonna give me on the counter where everyone puts their hands. I asked her to give me a different cup and she got all upset about it and said āYou asked for a large didnāt you. Keep in mind she was angry throughout the whole transaction from the jump. It was a very awkward experience for me and I had my 5 year old daughter and 6 year old son with me. I understand it gets busy but maybe try to teach someone who works customer service how to not judge his/her customers by their appearance and control his/her insecurities when dealing with customers. Someone who has a better attitude should be attending your customers. I donāt appreciate how your cashier employee made me and my family feel unwelcomed. For it being the first time ever stepping inside a Caneās I was disappointed by the service immediately and apart of me wished I woulda just stuck to going through the drive through for my peace of mind. I wanted my kids to see the inside and enjoy the atmosphere of the place though. I spoke to the manager Elijah he listened and assured he would talk to her but not sure if he actually actually did anything to help or just brushed off the situation. Overall I enjoyed the inside of this restaurant and my kids loved it but your rude cashier almost ruined the vibe for us but I didnāt allow her to we still ate inside although a bit awkward I wasnāt about to let her ruin our night. Itās very disappointing that Caneās having a slogan like āOne Loveā that attracts a crowd looking for a peace of mind and good food and a chill atmosphere has to encounter horrible service like this from a cashier working for you guys. I come here with my family to feel a good vibe and eat our food in a place we feel safe and welcome. Your cashier is a terrible example/representation of that. Please do something to improve the service at this location. We will be back eventually and I will give an updated review. Thanks for the good food and cool place but please get rid of...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's been a year since it was announced that Raising Cane's was building the largest Cane's in North America at the old Joe's Crab Shack location. Honestly, it's about time that the City of Industry/Rowland Heights area finally got a Raising Cane's store since we seemingly already have every other food option imaginable. And of course they would have the moxie to open up directly across from the Chick-fil-A across the street!
It's a bit of a shame that Cane's is opening during the COVID-19 era. I took a look inside and it is certifiably MASSIVE. It has to be at least 3x-4x bigger than your typical Cane's restaurant. At least there is a huge patio that we can use for outdoor dining, although I'm not sure who would want to do that in this nuclear heat...
Anyways, that means that we'll have to make do with indoor takeout or going through the drive-thru (NOTE: there are TWO drive-thru lanes) to get our Cane's. Decided to go with the straightforward pick and ordered The Box Combo. The drive-thru process is what you would expect; it takes a while, which is no surprise since regular, in-store takeout always takes a while too. Food is what you'd expect of Cane's...good, quality chicken fingers! There's very few things better in this world than dipping your chicken finger and fries into yummy Cane's sauce, and then balancing it out with some coleslaw and Texas toast (which must be done B.O.B. style). Comfort food at its finest!
Staff here are great. Obviously, it's a new location, but staff have been trained very well. And everyone is super friendly. The managers I've talked to have been accommodating and welcoming. No complaints on my end!
Overall, I'm just really happy I don't have to go all the way La Habra or Ontario anymore for my Cane's fix. Now that the temptation is real everyday, the key for me is to not come here once a week and let my weight balloon out of...
