April 28, 2023 I entered the drive-thru that never moved several cars including mine where stuck in the drive thru so when the car behind me bailed out I parked and went inside Yoshinoya to order my food instead, and still the drive -thru was not moving and only a few customers were in the restaurant. I placed two orders first order I wanted Udon noodles with the meal and the second order I wanted "brown rice". Well they ran out of both, the cashier told me that they ran out of noodles, but didn't tell me that they ran out of "brown rice" until "after" my meal was ready. When I FINALLY got my order because they were extremely slow in servicing the drive thru and the people inside I checked my order and they substituted the "brown rice" without me telling me with "white rice" I brought it to their attention and a snotty little peon who was very condensending disrespectful and rude said, "well what do you want?" I told him I want the brown rice I don't appreciate them switching my order without my knowledge and because I have "dietary restrictions", he told me I would have to wait. Good thing I was calm and relaxed that day because I would have given him a piece of my mind. The cashier then apologized for not telling me that there was a change in my order. Read moreFirst time I came the guy was super rude in drive thru, that was 6 months ago. Tried to go there again last week. Used coupons, why not right, they come in the mail for that reason. Yet my orders that I used coupons on were extremely small. They knotted all the bags so I didn't get to open the food till I got home to feed the kids and I was seriously disgusted with the amount of food they gave us. Half the serving that they show in pictures and what I've gotten in the past when I don't use a coupon. The vegetables were old. Non of them looked fresh. The cabbage was brownish. Look so gross. I had to combine two plates of food to feed one person that's how small the servings were. Why send out coupons If they are going to punish is for using them.
