Very rude customer service. There was no line, barely any customers, but the lady let us idle at the counter for about 8-10 minutes without telling us how to order (apparently they have a different system there, we were new customers). She was moving boxes before that, had a black streak across her hand, did not wash them, just put a glove on the other hand. I was too tired to make a fuss, but it was gross. While we were waiting for her to take our order, she just scowled at us. I said we are ready, she says, oh well, I have been waiting for you. I guess customers standing around looking at her doesn't give her enough of a hint. She told us to fill out the card, I said, no actually I choose based on how the ingredients look, and she really gave me the stink eye with that. I asked for mango, she said it doesn't come with it. I said, ok pineapple (which was an option). She threw in 5 pieces. In a medium poke. I said more, please, and wow. Push-back city. I literally asked, "why are you giving me such a hard time?"
In a restaurant, you don't get to treat customers like that, driving up people's stress for no reason other than your own crappy mood. I don't get treated like that in McDonalds.
The ingredients were fresh, and the food was good, although they do not have furikake or seaweed as options for toppings.
I hope the owner trains their staff better if they want to continue with the "friendly" reputation, it was not present at all...

Last few orders there was add ons that were missing and so I asked DoorDash to refund for just the ingredients missing, so like a few bucks.
Iāve tried to place an order last few days and each day it gets cancelled, so I called and asked if they were just super busy or what and the woman yelled at me saying they refuse to do my order because they canāt get it right?!
I understand theyāre a small business, I understand that every dollar counts, but to refuse me service when there are literally add ons! Thatās the whole point.
Iām really upset at how I was talked to on the phone, this was the only boba place I was willing to go to, and now Iām just so angry at that. She didnāt even give me a chance to apologize. I was willing to simplify the order or something, but I wasnāt...

If you want something different they have a matcha drink with red beans! And the fruit teas have fruit bits in them that make them super tasty. Tea flavor is there but not too strong, and boba have a nice taste/texture compared to some other places I've been to. I haven't gotten the food yet, but have friends who have and they say it's very good (although it does seem a little on the expensive side). The workers are always friendly, the store is bright and clean. You've gotta check...
