Triangle Park — Attraction in City of Ithaca

there's this well, thing in bell park that I feed on a daily basis that I haven't told any of my friends or family out of them worrying im insane and I wouldnt be telling anyone about it if I wasn't concerned about it's safety the best way to describe it is a brown haired water snake with crimson eyes it isn't violent at all and doesn't seem to have any living predators considering it will only accept bushes baked beans from me I tried to get the ones with bacon bits once.. I love this park. I host a Nerf club there most Fridays, and most of the time it is clean and well-tended, so that the kids can play safely. Sometimes, however, there are empty cans or even broken syringes found around the ONLY picnic table. I feel like the drinking and drug use at this park needs to be watched more carefully by the police, if it is going to remain safe enough for kids...
