West End Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Long Beach

3 days ago I ordered 3 corners of Sicilian, a white slice, and a Buffalo slice, with a side of red sauce, what I got was no red sauce, they forgot it, the slices were so old and hard, they were curled up and dry. I called right away to complain, I paid cash so I was told they were sorry and would give me a store credit, today I call to get my credit and get same order. All of a sudden it's store policy to only give me half credit, because they did not get the whole order back. If they said that on day 1 I would have told them to come and get it. West End Pizza has the ambiance of those old-skool pizza shops in Broolklyn.The pizza is very Sicilian and Neapolitan slices are super tasty,just like the old days.They also have a variety of toppings,garlic knots,zepolles,pepperoni wheels,calzones and sausage or chicken rolls..Their cheese calzones are great,by the way.I've personally tried most pizzeria in the 5 boroughs and some on Long Island and Staten Island.So far West End Pizza and Joe's Pizza on 14th St and 3rd Ave in Manhattan are the 👌...

The employees are very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the owner is not. When I was there he was walking around the restaurant slapping his hands down telling everyone to leave. Apparently they were closing but nobody told any customers until the owner decided to make a scene and act rude to everyone in the shop.
