I ordered the duck noodle soup and I was blown away. The fact that I was starving may had a little bit to do with that, but it really was so tasty! I ate here about a week ago and I still keep reminiscing on how much I enjoyed that soup. The broth was so flavorful and the duck was perfect in my opinion; crispy yet tender. My friends enjoyed their meals as well: pineapple fried rice, chicken pad see ew, steamed veggie dumplings, and beef pad Thai. We were also obsessed with the chili sauce, poured it over all our dishes. Ambiance was chill, casual, but with some decor. Staff was kind. I’d come back if in the area! Read moreThe Mussamun curry used to be excellent, but this time, though the flavor was good, it had 0 carrots and just a few onion slices and a few peanuts. The 3 small potato wedges in it were fine. The Pad See-Ew is usually a favorite of mine as well, but last time the greens were too bitter (I'm guessing because of the warm weather) and this time they mixed liver with their beef, which was a horrible surprise. Read moreI'm a home chef so I'm a bit particular. We ordered in; which is not the best way to test a chef, but I found the few appetizers we ordered to be less than impressive. We had spring rolls, shumai and calamari. Especially disappointing was the squid, although it was well seasoned, it was way too toothy and the serving was pitifully small. On the brighter side - the dipping sauces were very nice.
Also ordered in green tea ice cream - but I can't comment, because as of this writing I did not try it - I'm hoping...
