Stopped by on a Sunday. The food was okay. My biggest concern for this establishment was their handling of tamales. To some it may not bother them, but to me, the tameles displayed uncovered in a tray was an issue to start. Once ready to serve, the tamales are placed in a plastic bag and reheated in a microwave. That was a red flag for me. Tamales are meant to be served fresh and kept in a closed pot-like container to keep its freshness. Ive seen them stored in coolers with extra insulation to keep the tamales warm. For those who are not bothered by this practice, the raja tamales tasted okay.
