EVERY year I order my husband an ice cream cake for his birthday. I ordered this cake almost 2 weeks in advance. Well, this year I get a call from the Baskin Robbins 2 hours before I'm supposed to pick it up saying that this specific cake is discontinued! I was Highly upset! You couldn't call me sooner? Now I understand they were just supposed to open a few minutes before but I went to the drive-Thru and sat there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order with me saying hello over and over again. Noone answered me no response no nothing. I then drive around to the window where I could see the employees the window was open so I again stared saying hello can some take my order and they continued to ignore m!! Horrible...
