Stella’s Pizzeria — Restaurant in City of Newburgh

I'd give no stars. I ordered a Pepperoni pizza and hot wings extra crispy with ranch via slice. I asked for paper plates as well. Pizza was soaking wet with grease and the wings were flabby and pink in the middle and non of the extras I asked for. Slice would not refund me. I called the restaurant and asked that the food be taken back and redelivered as I am staying in a hotel for the weekend. The restaurant would not refund me, nor bring a new order. I asked for the supervisor's name and number and was told they did not have it. Bad business and disrespectful staff. Cook the food to order and there won't be issues....

For the record, I ordered for takeout. My order was: 1 - Large Pepperoni Pizza 2 - Beef Patties w/ Cheese 2 - Fried Oreos

The pizza was under-cooked to the point the inside of the crust was mushy.

They forgot to put the cheese in the Beef Patties.

Each fried Oreo was a large thing of dough, that looked like a calzone, with a small amount of Oreos crumbs inside.

Delivery driver here please have drivers confirm and complete pickups before they leave the restaurant. It's frustrating to see a large fare for a short trip and be told that multiple people tried to pick it up. The order was clearly stolen by the driver after they picked it up then proceeded to cancel the pickup.
