Aunt Eno’s Sandwiches — Restaurant in City of North Tonawanda

So I live in the area originally from NYC. This place was recommended to me by someone who goes there. I always order the same thing steak and cheese sub with green pepper, onion, mushrooms w Mayo & ketchup. Every time I’d order this she’d always forget the mayo and say that it just was weird for her. Not your problem I’m paying for it just make it the way I want it. Never made a fuss tho bigger things to worry abt. The last time I was there however I ordered the same thing and placed a soda on the counter. She rang up everything I swiped my card and proceeded to leave, she asked was the soda mine. She explained she didn’t charge me for that but don’t worry abt it. I go in today order my usual and as she is ringing me up brings up that same soda from a few weeks ago that was 1 clearly on the counter and I was the only one in there, 2 that she could’ve rang up and I would’ve paid had it been an issue. So this time a few weeks later she wants to charge me for a pop that she forgot to charge for and had the audacity to say and you had a pop from last time as if she gave me something free or I was short. Never will I spend another dollar of money in that place also I would not buy food from someone who clearly has a problem with telling the truth! This woman here behaves like a child anyone who has left a bad review rather than finding a way to be better she gets on here and is down right rude! When I left my review she called me at her sorry attempt for an apology and told me that it was just weird for wanting ketchup on a cheesesteak She’s a narcissist who doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. Not only did this woman tell me it was weird when she called me that I put ketchup on my cheesesteak she also decided to hit me up on Facebook like the lunatic she really is and I have the message saved and I’ll post it to my social media if she doesn’t remove her reply basically trying to calm me a liar. And I’ll also post it to all of my social media along w yelp and any other site where reviews are given. How dare you get on here and lie that’s why ya business is failing. I called her gave her a chance to remove her reply and she wanted to play dumb. I do not like liars and I especially when your a terrible one at that. Who tf stalks someone social media over a google review they left? Obviously a crazy person who doesn’t deserve ya business pictures to follow. This is legit how crazy she is if she continues to lie I will also post my response to this crazy person but this is why you shouldn’t shop there. Also with her lying about this is the only bad review she’s gotten that’s also not true. She’s a worthless liar with overpriced mediocre food that isn’t worth it! But most importantly she’s a dishonest loser so not spend ya money here. Coffee & Stone or Figmor are much better breakfast spots and much cheaper made by real cooks! Nelson’s is even better than her only thing is Nelson’s is cash only but those 3 places alone offer way better food than she can ever make. And their you have it folks the true idiot she is. Send ya lawyer after me? I dare you and I called you yelling profanities? Really? You do know I also recorded that call you liar! So I dare you to send a lawyer my way and watch how fast ya soup kitchen gets shut down! I will post my call to you I used zero profanities. In fact all I said to you was if you didn’t take that false reply down I’d post the Facebook post of you harassig me over my bad review which you earned you idiot! And you tried to act like you didn’t understand you said I reply to 100’s of reviews lol and loser? I clear 6 figures every year but of course someone who’s giving out mop bucket water for soup broth would say! If ya business was thriving you wouldn’t have been tracking me down on Facebook to harass me. And jealous? When I first began going to Aunt Eno's, I got chicken noodle soup or goulash. Now, I get pure veggies order, since same ingredients are on menu, with sausage. I just need minus the sausage, for my health. No problem. Absolutely delicious. Now, on the menu! All menu items are take out. Each time I've been there, near daily, another customer is either leaving or coming in for an order. Friendly service. One day, I was running late. Some days it's difficult to just get it together. I arrived in the vicinity about 4 minutes before closing.As luck would have it, soup was not packed up yet. I was able to get the hot 16oz. chicken noodle soup with 8" buttered roll. I swear the soup tasted even better than last time. I wouldn't want to wait until the end of the day each time but you know how some foods are better tasting the next day? Well this chicken noodle soup might be divine by the end of the day. So grateful there was still soup and she packed it up for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. The beauty of a small business. This was my first time visiting Aunt Eno's. Man, what a pleasant surprise! I ordered a lunch sandwich and expected your usual ok fare. For $10 nowadays, you can't expect too much.

What a pleasant surprise! I went in and Aunt Eno (I'm assuming) was there preparing food herself. It turns out a lot of it is home made. The bread on my sandwich - home made. The portion was great and it came with a bag of chips that I wasn't expecting.

Great food at a great value, served by a very nice lady. I think I found a regular lunch spot...
