I found out recently that I might have an allergy to dairy. I was upset as the majority of my diet was based in dairy. I went to The Vegan Grocery Store to find dairy free alternatives.

The owner was super kind and sweet to me! She took the time to show me around the store and told me that food should never the enemy.

All the products are dairy free in The Vegan Grocery Store, so it feels amazing and stress relieving to be able to go in without having to read labels. Not to mention, the food is incredible, and tastes exactly like food with actual diary in it. I also love how The Vegan Grocery Store serves breakfast and lunch options Monday-Saturday so I can still enjoy the foods I love such as pizza logs and breakfast sandwiches while still accommodating to my potential allergy.

I will definitely be returning here for all my grocery and food needs! I am so thankful to have this grocery store—it has been a lifesaver for me...

I love being able to shop without reading labels! The owner has carefully chosen the best vegan products on the market, with a lot of variety. I am so happy that the store has expanded to include a few options for hot meals to go! Great place to stop for a breakfast sandwich on the way to work. The owner is so nice, and everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. I will continue to support this wonderful small business, in hopes that they'll be able to open more stores in the near future! I was staying in Buffalo for 6 days. I was here 3 separate times. I feel like that speaks for itself.

This place made me feel like a kid in a candy store (but maybe that was just the Go Max Go, 7th Heaven, and Trupo Treats dancing around in my line of sight). Sweets aside, the prepared foods I tried were delicious, and the groceries they carried felt like everything I 'd ever seen online in one place. I got to try so many things I'd never seen in person before while stocking up on old favorites and staples. My friend who is gluten, egg, and dairy intolerant also found a lot of her favorite items here as well as other, new ones. The Trupo Treats made her week!
