Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Olean

Updated Dakota was wonderful helping me figure out the free emergency pizza coupon, it wouldn't work online, so I showed him on my order screen, and he made the changes on the register for me. I truly appreciate his help and you guys make the best pineapple habanero chicken sandwiches ever!! Thank you so much for your help and the wonderful dinner treat!!

Nichole made my habanero🤩 mango salsa and chicken with jalapeño🤩 sandwich like she made it for herself. I always order an extra habanero mango sauce and I didn't need it for once!! Finally someone who cares about the quality that she is putting out there, thank you girl, thank you! If she makes min wage, that is just rude, with well over half the work force "quiet quitting" like spoiled, entitled brats these days, give her a huge raise... please keep her, so atleast I'll keep coming back for more spicy😍 sticky😍 sammiches! 🤪

Keira made the latest 2 sandwiches, she forgot to sauce on both and put 4 jalapeños on one, and 5 on the other. If I hadn't of checked I would hade been really mad. But I noticed and the clueless stoned manager fixed them, so glad the go thru a "quality check" as part of the process, the girl doing the checking had 6 inch long eyelashes and that's probably why she couldn't see what she is looking at. I have been wondering how many of her fake lashes (that aren't allowed to be worn at most food service places) ended up in the pizzad since it was her job to "quality check" everything. I ordered two pizzas. One extra cheese and pepperoni and the other ny style with garlic parm base and toppings. When we got there the gentleman who brought the pizzas said the ny style had been made incorrectly and the c&p was only cheese bc of an error on someone's end. Could have been mine. He said bc of the nys error that he would remake the c&p at no extra charge despite my offering to pay for a new pizza. He insisted on making it right and was very kind. I order from the Olean domino's often. Delivery. I always get everyone their own favorite pizza or dish (4+ pizzas and more) I always get my food the way I ordered it, hot and fast. Its within 30 minutes or less. Delivery person is always super awesome, food taste great and we're all happy because it's the only place I tip higher because the service is always fantastic. When people are at my place I say "watch how fast this gets here". The only thing I will miss when I move is this Domino's. I truly believe me and Domino's had a great relationship the past 2 years.
